이와같이 구성된 본고안은 걸고리 두부(22)을 케이스(1) 구멍(6)에 삽입하면동 걸고리두부(22)는 출입공(4)을 거쳐 밑에 있는 레바(11)의형 돌기(12)을 스치게 되는데 걸고리(20)가 들어갈때는 쉬우나 돌기(12)를 지나게되면 동 돌기(12)을 받쳐주고 있는 탄지편(15)의 탄력에 의해 위로올라 첨부도면 제6도 (a)와같이 레바(11)의 돌기(12)가 걸고리두부(22)와 테이프진(21) 사이에 끼이게되므로 동 걸고리(20)가 고정되어 빠지지 않아 문이 괘정되는것이고 이와반대로 해정코저 할때는 몸체 케이스(1) 밖에 노출되어 있는 레바(11)에 권취부(14)를 눌러주면 첨부도면 제6도 (b)에서와같이 레바(11)가 밑으로 내려가게 되므로 따라서 걸고리두부(22)를 받쳐주고 있던 돌기(12)도 하향함에 따라 걸고리의 장애물이 없어지게 된다. 그러므로 걸고리(20)의 두부(22)에 의해 강제적으로 눌린 상태에 있던 몸체(3) 장방공(10)의 유동편(17)이 탄지된 스프링(19)의 탄발력으로 위로 올라가 걸고리두부(22)를 밀치게 되므로 동 걸고리(20)가 신속하게 몸체(3) 밖으로 튕겨나와 문이 해정되는 것이고 장방공(10)의 유동편(17)은 상단 단턱부(9)에 걸림턱(18)이 걸려 더이상 상향하여 벗어나지 못하게 제어하는 관계로 유동편(17)의 무단 이탈을 방지하는 것이다. 이러한 본고안은 괘,해정 작동이 신속 간편하게 이루어져서 사용이 매우 편리하여 일단 괘정된 상태에서는 절대 걸고리가 빠지지않아 외부의 무단침입을 미연에 방지할뿐만 아니라 견고하여 오랫동안 사용할 수 있는 등의 잇점이 있어 제품의 질적 향상을 기할 수 있는 실용적 고안인 것이다.In this configuration configured as described above, when the hook head 22 is inserted into the case 1 hole 6, the hook head 22 passes through the entrance hole 4 to the bottom of the lever 11.
