Claims (5)
- 트레이에 놓여진 조리물의 중량을 감지하여 고주파의 강약 및 조리시간이 조절되도록하는 중량감지장치를 구성함에 있어서, 트레이(6)를 회전시키는 축(11)이 구비된 모터(10)와;상기 모터(10)가 체결되며, 캐비티(7)의 저면에 고정설치되는 브라켓(20)과; 상기 브라켓(20) 저면에 고정설치되는 가동전극인 판스프링(30)과: 상기 브라켓(20) 과 판스프링(30) 사이로 슬라이드식으로 끼워지며 고정전극(41)이 형성되어 있는 PCB기판(40)으로 구성하여 조리물의 중량을 상기 가동전극인 판스프링(30)과 PCB기판(40)의고정전극(41) 사이의 정전용량의 변화로 감지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 중량감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓(20)은, 상면에는 모터체결용 체결구(21)가 형성되고, 저면에는 양축에 일체로 절결편(23)과 PCB기판(40)의 안내가이드(22)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 중량감지장치.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓(20)의 절결편(23)에 판스프링(30)을 설치하였을 때, 절결편(23)에 의해 상기 브라켓(20)의 저면과 판스프링(30) 이 소정간격이 유지되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 중량감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링(30)은 중앙을 절결하여 가동전극인 탄지편(31)을 형성하고, 그중앙에 모터축(11)의 압력이 집중되도록 요홈(32)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 중량감지장치
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 PCB기판(40) 양측에 PCB기판(40)의 고정전극(41) 면적을 조정할수 있도록 나사삽입공(42)을 장방형으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 중량감지장치.
