Field of design]
The present invention relates to an electrothermal bedding, and more particularly, to an electromagnetic removable removable bedding preventing electromagnetic waves.
Design background]
Recently, in bedding design, efforts to remove the harmful factors to the human body to maintain the health of the human body even more when using the bed, etc. are constantly being continued.
In general, electric bedding such as electric blankets, electric carpets, and electric heated beds are arranged to zigzag a single layer of heating wires inside the bedding mat and generate heat by sparse strong currents in the heating wires. .
Electrothermal bedding uses the characteristics of the electric current that generates heat energy when electrons move and hit resistance, that is, when electric current flows through the heating wire.
However, in the configuration of the conventional heating bedding, a strong electromagnetic wave is generated due to the generation of a large amount of electric fields and magnetic fields due to the current flowing in the heating wire, there is a problem that harms the human body at bedtime and worsens the health of the human body when used for a long time.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic removable removable bedding that can minimize the generation of electromagnetic waves by preventing the generation of electric and magnetic fields due to the current flowing in the heating wire.

The electromagnetic wave-removable electrothermal bedding characterized in that the lead wires of the pair of planar heating elements are alternately connected to each other.
In addition, the present invention is formed by incorporating a pair of two conductive insulating film heating element having an insulating coating and a lead wire to the bedding mat, the conductive heating element of the pair of cord heaters through the lead wire when applying AC power The electromagnetic wave-removable electrothermal bedding is characterized in that the lead wires of the pair of conductive heating elements are alternately connected to each other so that the directions of the currents flowing in each other are reversed to cancel the generation of the electric field and the magnetic field.
Description of Specific Example of Design]

In addition, a pair of planar heating elements may be integrally formed by stacking a pair of planar heating elements up and down and connecting the upper and lower lead wires 22 alternately from the planar heating element manufacturing process.
The former is particularly advantageous for the rapid production of large quantities of each upper or lower planar heating element (possibly of the same structure), since the work can be distributed among several subcontractors.

Referring to the operation and effects of the present invention configured as described above in detail.
When the power plug 30 is connected to a power source, an alternating current is applied to the plurality of heating wires 26 via the conductive bus lines 24 through the respective lead wires 22, whereby the heating wires 26 generate heat. Will be.
On the other hand, the directions of the currents flowing through the conductive bus lines 24 and the heating wires 26 of the pair of planar heating elements are opposite to each other to cancel the generation of the electric field and the magnetic field, thereby preventing the generation of electromagnetic waves.
In addition, since the same operation in the other embodiments of the present invention will not be described.
According to the present invention configured as described above, by alternately connecting the lead wires of a pair of planar heating elements having the same structure, the directions of the currents flowing through the pair of conductive bus lines and the insulated wires are opposite to each other, thereby canceling the generation of electric and magnetic fields.
