Description
The present invention relates to spray insecticidal compositions having a wide range of applications.
More specifically, the present invention is a pesticide suitable for various purposes, such as home hygiene pest control, home horticulture and plant pest control, pet parasitic pest control, fine emulsification permethrin (Permethrin), a pyrethroid insecticide excellent in insecticide effect It relates to a spray insecticide composition characterized in that the aqueous formulation.
Most conventional pesticides used in household pesticide products are oil-based preparations in which insecticides are dissolved in oil-based solvents. Spray insecticides used for household horticulture and plant pest control have not been developed for such specific uses. Most of them are diluted with pesticides. In addition, most of the parasitic pest control pesticides are products that use pesticide additives, such as pet shampoo.
As such, the pesticides used for each use are difficult to use for other purposes. For example, spray pesticides in oil-based formulations for home use cannot be used for plant pest control because, when used for plant pest control, the oils contained in household oil spray pesticides block the pores of the plant. This is because the plants dry out and die. In addition, household spray insecticides are difficult to apply when pets are also rich in oil. On the other hand, even when the domestic type oil-based spray insecticide is used as a home for the original purpose, there is also an inconvenience because it can cause stains and contamination when using the oil-based solvent.
Therefore, spray insecticides for multi-purpose use, such as home, plant pest control and pet parasitic pest control, should be an aqueous formulation with a continuous phase of water, and must exist in a fine emulsified state to prevent the closure of plant pores. It should contain excellent insecticides such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, plant aphids, pet parasites, teeth and fleas, which are the main control pests of spray household pesticides, and these insecticides on livestock such as humans and pets. Toxicity of the original agent must be very low and various conditions must be satisfied.
Thus, the present inventors have long been trying to produce a pesticide composition having the advantages described above by solving various problems of the prior art, the present invention has been completed.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in more detail.
The present invention is a spray insecticide that satisfies the above-mentioned conditions, and is a pyrethroid insecticide known to have low toxicity to humans and livestock and has excellent insecticidal effects on mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, ants, aphids, teeth, fleas, and the like. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pesticide composition finely emulsified with water by using permethrin as a pesticide component, dissolving it in refined kerosene, an organic solvent, adding an emulsifier thereto, and further adding an antifreezing agent and a preservative as necessary. It is done.
Permethrin used as an effective pesticide component in the pesticide composition according to the present invention is preferably used 0.10 to 0.35% by weight (w / v)%. When permethrin is used at less than 0.10 weight (w / v)%, fine emulsification is achieved due to its excellent emulsification, but it does not exhibit effective insecticidal effects against hygienic pests such as cockroaches, and 0.35 weight (w / v). This is because when used at more than)%, fine emulsification does not occur, causing harm to plants. The content of these pesticides was applied effective amount according to the notice of pesticide content of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs.
In addition, the insecticide composition finely emulsified according to the present invention, for example, the emulsified state is very important, such that the emulsified particle size must be microemulsified with an average particle size of 250 mm or less, so as not to harm the plant. Since the type and content of the emulsifier are very important for preparing the adjusted composition, the type and content were determined within the range in which the emulsion stability and the degree of emulsification are preferred. In addition, since the type and content of the solvent may also affect the emulsification state, the type and content of the solvent were determined by the emulsification experiment in order to dissolve the pesticides well and maintain the emulsification state. Antifreeze and preservatives, on the other hand, are sometimes used to prevent freezing of insecticides at sub-zero temperatures and to prevent the growth of microorganisms to increase product stability.
By satisfying the stringent conditions described above, the type and content of the emulsifier used in the present invention are 0.06 to 0.08 weight (w / v)% of a lipophilic emulsifier and a hydrophilic emulsifier. Phosphorus polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether 10 is 0.045 to 0.055% by weight (w / v)%. As for the content of the emulsifier, if the polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether 3.8 is out of the range of 0.06 to 0.08 weight (w / v)%, stable emulsification is not achieved, and the polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether 10 is also 0.045 to 0.055 weight (w / When out of the v)% range, the emulsification is poor and the phases separate.
Anti-icing agent and preservative may contain one or more selected from diaceton alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, and methyl paraben, preferably 0.001 to 0.003 weight (w / v)%. . If it contains less than 0.001 weight (w / v)% of anti-freezing agent and preservative, it is preferable to freeze at long term storage below minus 10 ℃, and if it contains more than 0.003 weight (w / v)%, it has a bad effect on emulsification. Not.
On the other hand, as a solvent, 0.51 to 0.55 weight (w / v)% of refined kerosene may be used. In the present invention, Exxon D 80 (EXXSOL D 80) manufactured by Exxon (USA) is preferably used. When the organic solvent is used at 0.51% by weight (w / v) or less, it is difficult to completely dissolve the pesticidal components, and phase separation occurs. When the amount is 0.55% by weight (w / v) or more, the amount of solvent is too large so that fine emulsification is not completed.
The type and content of the pesticidal component, the type and content of the emulsifier, the type and content of the solvent, etc., which constitute the spraying pesticide composition according to the present invention are all closely related to each other in the emulsified state. It is an important component in achieving this.

After adjusting to 100 ml by adding water, the solution is emulsified with a homo mixer and filled into a nebulizer to prepare a spray pesticide composition.

Experimental Example:
Insecticide effect experiment was performed by spraying the same amount of pesticides prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples at the bottom of a 20L transparent plastic container, and then putting 20 adult cockroaches and observing lethality after 1 day. The experiment was repeated five times to obtain the average value and the results are shown in Table 1 below.
Table 1. Insecticidal effects of the compositions according to Examples and Comparative Examples
In general, the effect on the pesticidal components may have a different effect depending on the degree of avoidance of the exterminating pest when the same effect is applied when the same amount is applied. For example, in the case of spray insecticides for wheels, insecticides are sprayed on the surface, and when the wheels pass over the spray surface, insecticides are put on the back, which leads to fatalities. Due to the tendency to avoid, a difference in the efficacy of the aqueous preparation and the oil preparation occurs, and this difference is 20% compared to the fine emulsifying agent according to the present invention with an average mortality of 80% in the comparative example of the conventional oil preparation in Table 1 above. It becomes clear from me that the effect falls.
In addition, the plant safety experiment was carried out by spraying the same amount of pesticides prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples to the tubular plants (drasena) and left for one week to observe the degree of death of the plant. This experiment was also repeated five times to obtain the average value and the experimental results are shown in Table 2 below.
Table 2. Plant Stability Experiments of Compositions According to Examples and Comparative Examples
As can be clearly seen from the results of Tables 1 and 2, the pesticide composition prepared according to the present invention is also excellent in efficacy compared to oily insecticides and is almost harmless to plants.
