Claims (4)
- 특정 재조합 메티오닐 단백질의 제거에 유용한 아미노펩티다제를 검출하기 위해, 상기 재조합 메티오닐 단백질의 N-말단 아미노산 서열과 유사한 N-말단 아미노산 서열을 갖는 합성 올리고 펩티드를 기질로 사용하여 아미노펩티다제의 활성을 측정함을 포함하는, 아미노펩티다제의 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 올리고 펩티드는 그의 N-말단 메티오닐기가 제거될 경우 소수성이 현저하게 감소되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성 올리고 펩티드가 4 내지 10개의 아미노산으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성의 측정이 역상 고압 액체 크로마토그라피를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
