Abstract
본고안은 관정양수시설보호용조립식가옥구조에 관한 것으로써 설치후 재이동설치가 용이하며, 저렴한 설치비로 시공을 완료할 수 있도록함을 목적으로 안출된 것이다.This paper is about the structure of prefabricated houses for the protection of wells and pumping facilities, and it is intended to be easy to re-install after installation and to complete the construction with low installation cost.

본고안은 관개시설이나 관정(灌井)등의 양수시설보호용조립식가옥구조에 관한 것이다.This proposal relates to the structure of prefabricated houses for the protection of pumping facilities such as irrigation facilities and wells.
종래 관개시설 및 관정등의 양수시설은 대다수 야지에 방치된체로 관리되는 것이 보통이였으며, 간혹 철근콘크리트축조슬라브 및 벽돌슬라브로 축조한 양수및 관정시설보호건물이 축조된 것이 있었으나, 이는 관정개발에서부터 보호시설물 축조까지는 축조시간이 많이 소요되며, 시공비용 또한 과대하다는 점이 지적되여 오고 있다. 또한 관정을 폐정시키고자 할 때는 이들 축조시설물들은 그대로 방치되는 폐단을 안고 있었다. 이에 본고안은 상기의 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로 설치후 재 이동설치가 용이하며, 또한 관정시추개발에서부터 보호시설물설치가 동시에 가능하며, 저렴한 설치비로 시공을 완료할 수 있도록 함을 고안의 목적으로 한 것으로써, 이하 첨부된 도면에 따라서 본고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 알아보면 다음과 같다.Conventionally, pumping facilities such as irrigation facilities and wells were usually managed in a state that was left unattended, and sometimes pumping and well-prepared protection buildings constructed of reinforced concrete construction slabs and brick slabs were constructed. 제1도 및 제2도는 본고안의 일실시사시도와 분해사시도로써, 조립식가옥본체(1)를 구성하는 지붕체(2)저면내주면에 용착된 상부골조(8)하방으로 통상의 절곡판넬벽체(12)를 용착설치함에 있어서, 피라밋형지붕체(2)밑면대각방향모서리 2곳에 이동 견인고리(4:4`)을 각 용착형성하며 지붕체(2)중앙상방을 개구(開口)시켜 상부뚜껑(3)을 형성하며, 상부골조(8)하방의 4모서리에 기둥골조(11;11`;11``;11```)을 세워 용착한 하방으로 하부골조(9)을 용착시키되, 상기 하부골조(9)안쪽 4모서리에는 본체고정편(10;10`;10``;10```)을 용착시킨 것이다. 이러한 구성의 관정양수 시설보호용 조립식가옥 본체(1)는 지붕체(2)와 절곡판넬벽체(12)를 일체 용착형성하며, 양수시설(15)등에 이동설치시 지붕체(2)양모서리에 형성된 이동견인고리(4;4`)에 로프를 걸어 크레인등으로 들어 옮길수 있도록 한 것으로써 매우 편리하며, 또한 제3도에 일예시된 것처럼 양수시설(15)등에 고정설치할때는, 본고안 하부골조(9)안쪽 4모서리에 용착된 본체고정편(10;10`;10``;10```)에 형성된 구멍에 말뚝(13)등을 타설하여 지면에 고정하도록 함으로써, 기존과 같이 철근콘크리트 및 벽돌슬래브로 축조하여 경화되기까지의 축조시간이 장시간 소요되지 않는 잇점이 있으며, 다시, 제4도에 도시된바와 같이, 경우에 따라서 관정을 이동, 폐정(廢井)하고자할때에도, 본고안 조립식가옥본체(1)을 철거하지 않는 상태에서도 관정파이프(14)를 뽑아올려 본고안 지붕체(2)의 상부뚜껑(3)을 열고 지붕체(2)중앙에 개구(開口)된 작업공으로 관정파이르(14)를 뽑아낼수 있는 사용상의 편리함도 제공하고자 하는 것이다.1 and 2 are a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of the present invention, a normal bending panel wall (12) below the upper frame (8) welded to the inner surface of the bottom surface of the roof body (2) constituting the prefabricated house body (1) ) In the installation of the pyramid-shaped roof body (2), forming a traction ring (4: 4`) on each of the two corners of the bottom diagonal direction, and opening the upper center of the roof body (2). 3) to form a column frame (11; 11`; 11``; 11```) at the four corners below the upper frame (8) to weld the lower frame (9) to the welded downward, but the lower The main body fixing piece (10; 10`; 10``; 10```) is welded to the four corners of the frame (9).
