Abstract
본 고안은 정화조의 맨홀에 재치되는 뚜껑의 보호링에 관한 것으로서 맨홀에 보호링을 재치하고 보호링의 내측에 뚜껑을 닫게 구성하여서, 정화조 주위를 콘크리트나 아스팔트 포장공사를 할 때 아스팔트나 콘크리트가 보호링에 의해 차단되어서 뚜껑에 접촉되지 않게 하므로서 뚜껑의 착탈을 용이하게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a protective ring of a lid that is placed in the manhole of the septic tank. 본고안은 정화조의 맨홀에 재치되는 뚜껑의 보호링에 관한 것으로서 맨홀에 보호링을 재치하고 보호링의 내측에 뚜껑을 닫게된 고안에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a protection ring of a lid placed on the manhole of the septic tank, and relates to a design in which the protection ring is placed on the manhole and the lid is closed on the inside of the protection ring.
종래에는 도면제 4도에서와 같이 맨홀에 직접뚜껑을 닫고 뚜껑의 높이에 맞추어 주위의 지면에 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트작업을 하였는바, 이때 뚜껑의 주연부가 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트에 접착되어서 맨홀 뚜껑을 열경우에는 뚜껑주연에 접착된 콘크리트나 아스팔트등을 분리시켜야만 되는 폐단이 있었다.Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the lid is directly closed to the manhole, and concrete or asphalt work is performed on the surrounding ground according to the height of the lid. 정화조(5)의 맨홀(6)에 뚜껑보호링(1)을 재치하여서 괘지륜(4)이 맨홀(6)의 내주면에 접속되게하고 체결공(8)으로 피스(9)를 체결하면 뚜껑보호링(1)이 맨홀(6)에 단단하고 안전하게 부착이 되며 제 3도에서와 같이 뚜껑보호링(1)의 재치부(3)에 뚜껑(2)을 안치시킨후, 뚜껑보호링(1)의 상면에 맞추어 수평으로 정화조(5)주위를 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 포장공사를 하게 되는데 이때 콘크리트나 아스팔트가 뚜껑(2)에는 일체 접촉이 되지 않아서 필요시 뚜껑(2)을 열거나 닫는데 전혀지장을 주지 않으며, 특히 뚜껑(2)을 열 때는 뚜껑(2)의 상면에 손잡이부(7)가 형성되어서 뺀찌나 푸라이어등으로 간단히 집어서 열수가 있어 매우 편리하게된 고안이다.The lid protection ring 1 is placed in the manhole 6 of the septic tank 5 so that the bogie wheel 4 is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the manhole 6 and the lid 9 is fastened with the fastening hole 8 to protect the lid.
