본 고안은 폭압연롤(edger roll) 이동용 후크 연결장치에 관한것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 폭압연롤을 점검 및 교체를 위해 이동시 롤을 지지하는 쵸크(chock)상에 장착된 원형플레이트와 크레인 후크에 고정되는 롤 교체용 후크를 착탈되는 핀으로써 연결하여 들어올릴때 크레인후크에 용접고정된 플레이트에 착탈되도록 설치된 가이드라이너를 원형플레이트의 형상에 대응되게 형성하여 크레인 후크의 착탈작업을 용이하게하여 압연작업 시작을 정상적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 폭압연롤을 이동시키는 경우 롤쵸크 상측에 형성된 원형플레이트와 롤교체용 후크의 플레이트에 천공된 구멍에 착탈되는 핀으로서 연결시켜 사용하는 것에 있어서, 크레인후크에 착탈되는 플레이트(3A)에 고정된 고정프레임(5) 하방으로 쵸크의 원형플레이트(2) 형상에 대응되는 오목부(6)가 형성된 가이드라이너(7)를 착탈가능하게 설치하되, 상기 가이드라이너(7)를 상하이동 시키는 갭 조정볼트(8)(9)는 고정프레임(5)에 장착된 지지대(10)에 로크너트(11)(12)로서 체결되며, 일측 갭조정볼트(9)는 가이드 라이너(7)에 회동가능하게 장착된 것이다.The present invention relates to a hook connecting device for moving an edger roll, and more particularly, to a circular plate and a crane hook mounted on a choke supporting the roll when moving for checking and replacing the rolled roll.
