The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a composite stretched blended yarn by stretching and blending by using two kinds of polyester partially undrawn yarn simultaneously. Polyester fiber is characterized by high orientation and high crystallinity, so it has good elasticity, excellent resilience and low water absorption, no wrinkles, easy drying and good heat setting. It has a drawback of lack of touch. This lack of bulkiness and touch is due to the nature of the yarn for processing the fabric, but may be due to the required physical properties, but one yarn is limited in the production of high shrinkage low-arranged yarn production. In order to obtain a polyester yarn with a rich texture similar to that of natural fibers, the two yarn filaments having different heat shrinkages release two polyester filaments and blend the fibers with different spinning conditions or different heat shrinking fibers. Various methods have been known, but this known method of shrinking blending yarn is obtained by heat shrinking or mixing two different spinning stock solutions in a melt polymerization or spinning process, which not only makes the manufacturing process complicated but also expensive equipment cost. At the same time, there is a disadvantage in that it is not suitable for the production of small quantities of various products because of the mass production system. The inventors of the present invention make a conventional drawing machine to enable the development of a yarn material of various properties and patterns using a yarn manufacturing apparatus using two kinds of partially drawn yarns to produce a composite drawn blended yarn having a tactile feel similar to that of natural fibers. The device is adapted to practical use as invented. That is, a conventionally known method for producing a composite stretched blended yarn by a drawing machine is a machine capable of winding two strands of polyester partially undrawn yarn (A) and (B) having different properties on a bobbin first, and a second blended yarn secondly. The conventional technique is to produce a partially finished unfinished yarn as a finished product, and then move it to a blender in a second step to obtain a composite stretched mixed fiber by interlacing through an interless nozzle. Many problems, such as cost increase and quality deterioration, have been raised. The object of the present invention is to obtain a manufacturing apparatus that can manufacture a composite drawing horn-seed yarn in one step by modifying the conventional drawing machine's slope and hot plate in order to improve the problems as described above. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the apparatus for producing a blended yarn of the present invention, wherein krill (1) and (2) are mounted to supply two polyester partially undrawn yarns (A) and (B) having different heat shrinkage properties, respectively, The guide guide 3 is formed to separate and supply two strands of partially drawn yarns to the supply roller 4, and attaches the second hot plate 8 to the first hot plate 7 to provide thermal conductivity of the first hot plate 7. It is configured to be easily transferred to the second hot plate 8. Therefore, the two unstretched yarns of the two strands separated and supplied from the krill (1) and (2) were passed through the supply rollers 4 and separated into the first hot plate 7 and the second hot plate 8, respectively. While the length of the hot plate 7 of the conventional stretching machine is usually 300 to 400 mm, the second hot plate 8 of the present invention is attached to the existing hot plate at a length of 50 to 150 mm, and thus the heat of the first hot plate 7 is maintained. It is conducted to the second hot plate 8, and in fact, the temperature of the second hot plate 8 is 10 to 15 ° C lower than that of the first hot plate 7, and the temperature at which the heater field is directly affected can directly affect the yarn. The range is 40 to 50 ° C in comparison to the first hot plate. In addition, a guide guide 9 is installed to allow the seal to pass through the center of the second hot plate 8. In addition, the hot roll (6) was provided with a guide (6) at the lower end of the supply roller (4) so as to separate the thread hook respectively. The present invention is a device for producing a polyester filament capable of complex stretch blending in one step in stretching and blending two kinds of partially unstretched yarns. The length of the hot plate 8 is shorter than that of the first hot plate 70, and is welded on the existing hot plate to allow two kinds of yarns to be fixed in two rows, respectively. (14) is used to obtain a polyester filament composite-stretched blended yarn manufacturing apparatus that is easily threaded. According to the present invention configured as described above, the apparatus for producing a composite stretched mixed yarn is partially unstretched yarn (A) and (B) of two strands having different characteristics, respectively, in the order of guide guides (3), (5), and (6). After passing the yarn over the first hot plate 7 and the second hot plate 8, the yarn is finally wound on the funnel 12 while being spun in the cooling roll 1. At this time, if the air intake device 14 is used, the thread can be easily wound on the roller. The present invention is a device for manufacturing a composite stretched blended yarn using the conventional drawing machine to the fullest. Two strands of partially undrawn yarn are mounted on each krill (1) and (2), and then cooled by threading in the order of apostles. It is a manufacturing method of composite stretched blended yarn that can be worked in one step in the conventional two-stage work method by cooperating in roll 10 and making finished products at the same time. It is possible to obtain a composite stretched horn filament yarn which can give a touch.
