본 고안은 냉장고의 캐비넷 벽체 사이에 우레탄 원액을 주입하여 발포 성형하는 주입구를 차단할 때 사용되는 냉장고 캐비넷의 우레탄 홀캡 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 캐비넷의 벽체 사이에 강한 압력으로 발포된 우레탄이 홀캡 주입구를 통해 외부로 누출되는 것을 방지하여 냉장고의 불량을 감소함은 물론, 냉각효율을 향상하기 위하여 안출한 것이다. 주지된 바와 같이 냉장고의 형상을 구성하고 있는 외부 캐비넷의 일측적소에 장착공을 형성하여, 홀캡을 상기 장착공에 결합 고정한 다음, 발포성형기의 발포 헤드를 홀캡의 주입구에 삽입한 후 단열효과가 탁월한 우레탄 물질을 캐비넷 벽체 사이에 강한 압력으로 발포형성하는 한편, 발포헤드를 홀캡의 주입구로부터 제거하며 상기 홀캡의 주입구가 발포압역에 의해 자동적으로 닫히면서 충입된 우레탄이 냉장고의 캐비넷 외부로 누출되지 않도록 하였다. 그러나 종래의 홀캡구조는 도면 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 외주연에 캐비넷(1)의 장착공과 대응 결합하는 결합홈(12)과, 내주연으로 발포헤드(30)의 발포진행 방향으로만 개방하도록 된 누액차단편(11)으로 구성되었던 바, 이러한 홀캡(10)의 구조는 약 18m/sec의 강한 압력으로 충입된 우레탄의 발포압력을 견디지 못한 누액차단편(11)이 화살방향과 반대방향으로 밀려나면서 충입된 우레탄이 외부로 누출되어 냉장고의 불량을 초래하거나 냉장고의 냉각효율이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 고안의 목적은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 캐비넷의 장착공으로 스프링이 탄설된 힌지에 의해 차단캡과 장착구가 서로 개폐되는 홀캡을 형성하여 상기 장착구를 삽입 고정한 후 홀캡의 차단캡이 일측방으로 개방되면서 우레탄을 발포 형성케하고, 발포가 끝난후에는 상기 차단캡이 스프링의 탄력으로 장착구에 밀접되면서 장착구에 형성된 주입구를 차단 밀봉하도록 된 것으로서 충입된 우레탄의 누설을 방지함과 동시에 홀캡으로의 우레탄 누설에 의해 냉장고의 냉각효율이 저하되는 것을 방지한 냉장고의 캐비넷의 우레탄 홀캡 구조를 제공함에 있다. 따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중앙에 주입구가 형성된 장착구와 상기 주입구와 대응 결합하는 삽입부가 구비된 차단캡을 형성하는 한편, 이들 장착구와 차단캡의 일측에 스프링이 탄설된 힌지수단을 형성하여 이들이 개폐되도록 한 특징이 있다. 또한 본 고안은 상기 주입구의 외주연과 인접한 장착구에 하나 이상의 끼움홈과 삽입구가 형성된 차단캡에 상기 끼움홈과 대응하는 끼움부를 구비하여서 된 특징이 있다. 이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안의 실시예를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a urethane hole cap structure of a refrigerator cabinet which is used to block the inlet for foaming by injecting a urethane stock solution between the cabinet walls of the refrigerator.
