前記外部電源と前記電圧検知部とが接続される接続点と前記制御回路との間に配置され、前記制御回路を介して前記アクチュエータに印加される前記交流電圧の前記アクチュエータへの給電を遮断する第1の遮断部と、
前記第1の遮断部が開動作したときに前記内部電源から出力される電圧が前記制御回路に印加されるように閉動作する切替部と、
