(A)構成脂肪酸組成中、炭素数6~10の飽和脂肪酸の含有量が0.5~10質量%
(B)構成脂肪酸組成中、ベヘン酸の含有量が0.5~5質量%
(C)パルミチン酸に対するステアリン酸の含有質量比が0.5~15
(D)上昇融点が50℃以上60℃以下
