decoding each message in the plurality of messages using the decrypted first encoding and the second encoding of the plurality of data blocks ;
The method, wherein each of the first encoding and the second encoding comprises a linear combination of the plurality of data blocks using individually secure linear codes with finite fields having properties greater than two.
