展開装置。 A deployment device for deploying a surgical anchoring element, the deployment device comprising:
at least one pair of needle members configured to extend from a distal end of the deployment device and configured to receive a beam of a surgical anchoring element;
at least one anchor engagement rod configured to engage an anchoring element when disposed within the needle member;
at least one configured to translate the pair of needles and the anchoring element from a first proximal position within the deployment device to a second distal position extending from the distal end of the deployment device. A push-in member;
upon retraction of the needle member, the anchor engagement rod maintains the anchoring element in the second distal position such that the anchoring element is released from the needle member;
