前記畑画像および付属位置情報に基づいて、前記畑画像から作物を認識し、前記認識された作物の順調に育っているか否かを示す生育状態および数量を判定する画像判定部と、
前記登録範囲情報および前記判定の結果から導かれる評価額を算出する評価額算出部と、
前記評価額を一つの因子として前記生産者IDに対応付けられた与信を定量的にスコアリングするスコアリング部と、を備え、
前記モニタリングの結果として、前記定量的にスコアリングされた与信を前記農業銀行システムに通知することを特徴とする与信管理装置。A credit management device communicatively connected to an agricultural bank system for managing the credit of producers who have borrowed from the agricultural bank system,
