(B):下記官能基群(I)に含まれる官能基のうち少なくとも一つの官能基を有する、パーフルオロポリエーテル、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン又はポリテトラフルオロエチレン
(C):下記官能基群(I)に含まれる官能基のうち少なくとも一つの官能基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン
