adding a bitmask to a set of data based on the mapping, the bitmask having a plurality of bits, the bits that the bitmask maps to different ones of the plurality of RUs. position, wherein the bitmask indicates each RU to which the set of data is directed, and the plurality of bits in the bitmask indicates two of the plurality of RUs to which the set of data is directed. indicating or adding to
