第1LEDサブユニットと、
前記第1LEDサブユニット上に配置された第2LEDサブユニットと、
前記第2LEDサブユニット上に配置された第3LEDサブユニットと、
前記第3LEDユニット上に配置されたパッシベーション層と、
前記第1、第2及び第3LEDサブユニットの少なくとも1つに電気的に接続された第1接続電極と、
を含み、
前記第1接続電極と前記第3LEDサブユニットとは、前記第3LEDサブユニットの上面と前記第1接続電極の内面との間で定義された、約80°以下の第1角度を形成する、表示パネル。 a circuit board containing electrical wiring;
