Claims

A method of processing customer food orders submitted to an online delivery provider system via an electronic ordering device fulfilled by a multi-kitchen environment having at least a first kitchen and a second kitchen, the method comprising:
a. accessing said online delivery provider system by a server, either directly or via an API using predetermined login credentials; receiving an order containing food items;
b. If a first food item identifier is not used by the first kitchen, one or more alternatives are generated at a router based on the first food item identifier and information associated with the first kitchen. selecting a first corresponding food item identifier from the food item identifiers of the first kitchen electronic device or devices located in the first kitchen; and routing to

If a second food item identifier is not used by the second kitchen, one or more alternatives are generated at a router based on the second food item identifier and information associated with the second kitchen. selecting a second corresponding food item identifier from the food item identifiers of the second kitchen electronic device; and routing to
d. At a server, receiving a first food item completion notification from a user of one or more first electronic devices in the first kitchen indicating that the first food item is ready for storage. and
e. transmitting , by a server, a delivery storage location of the first food item to one or more delivery storage electronic devices;
f. at a server, a second food item completion notification from one or more second kitchen electronic devices located in the second kitchen indicating that the second food item is ready for storage; receive and, in response, transmit the delivery storage location of the first food item to one or more second kitchen electronic devices located in the second kitchen ; enabling food items to be stored at a delivery storage location that is the same as or close to the delivery storage location of the first food item;
method including.

g . receiving an alert that a suitable delivery driver exists;
h . transmitting the delivery storage locations of the first and second food items to one or more delivery pairing electronic devices to pair the first and second food items with the appropriate delivery driver; and
