Claims (22)

a food chamber configured to receive a food container therein;
a first surface defining the interior of the food and beverage chamber, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a thickness of the thermally conductive plate from the first surface to the second surface. a heat conduction plate having
a thermoelectric cooler coupled to and in direct contact with the second surface of the heat transfer plate and configured to extract heat from the food and beverage chamber through the heat transfer plate;
directing said airflow over said portion of said thermoelectric cooler and into said environment such that said airflow extracts heat from said portion of said thermoelectric cooler and releases said heat into the environment surrounding said mobile food cart; a fan configured to propel;
a container in which the food chamber, the heat transfer plate, the thermoelectric cooler, and the fan are placed;
