Description

(vi)脾臓および/または肝臓体積が処置後に増加する前および後に脾臓および/または肝臓体積を測定するステップ;ならびに/あるいは
(vii)処置の前および後の1つまたは複数の神経認知能力を測定するステップであって、前記神経認知能力のうち1つまたは複数が処置後に増加する場合、追加の治療手順が、延期、低減または排除されるステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の使用のための組成物。 said method comprising:
(i) measuring IDS activity and/or levels in plasma, liver, CSF or in leukocytes in said subject before and after treatment , wherein IDS activity increases after treatment (e.g. to normal range) where additional therapeutic procedures are postponed, reduced or eliminated ;
(ii) measuring total GAG levels, dermatan sulfate containing GAG (DS GAG) levels and/or heparan sulfate containing GAG (HS GAG) levels in the urine of said subject before and after treatment, wherein said GAG , if DS GAG and/or HS GAG levels are reduced after treatment, additional therapeutic procedures are postponed, reduced or eliminated;
(iii) measuring forced vital capacity before and after treatment, and if lung function increases after treatment, additional therapeutic procedures are postponed, reduced or eliminated;
(iv) measuring walking distance before and after treatment, and if walking distance increases after treatment, additional therapeutic procedures are postponed, reduced or eliminated;
(v) measuring joint range of motion (JROM) before and after treatment, and if JROM increases after treatment, additional therapeutic procedures are postponed, reduced or eliminated;
(vi) measuring spleen and/or liver volume before and after the spleen and/or liver volume increases after treatment; and/or
(vii) measuring one or more neurocognitive abilities before and after treatment, wherein if one or more of said neurocognitive abilities increase after treatment, an additional therapeutic procedure is postponed; Steps reduced or eliminated
A composition for use according to any one of claims 1 to 7 , further comprising

(ii) the need for use of a medical ventilator device in said subject is stabilized, postponed, reduced or avoided after treatment;
(iii) the subject's onset of wheelchair dependence is delayed, reduced or avoided after treatment; and/or
(iv) A composition for use according to any one of claims 1 to 8 , wherein the subject's life expectancy is increased after treatment .

(ii) the subject before and/or after treatment with a composition of the invention, optionally daily for a week or more prior to treatment; on the day of treatment; on day 7 after treatment; Premedicated with corticosteroids as needed, prednisone as needed, as shown in Table A weekly after treatment; and/or every other week for up to 20 weeks after treatment. do; and/or
(iii) said subject is an adult or child with Hunter Syndrome comprising early-onset MPS II, attenuated MPS II, or MPS II between early - onset MPS II and attenuated MPS II. 12. A composition for use according to any one of 11 .
