Abstract
Description
1〜40%、TiO2+La2O3 0.5〜40%を含有することが好ましい。このようにすれば、耐失透性と屈折率が高いガラスを作製し易くなる。ここで、「TiO2+La2O3」は、TiO2とLa2O3の合量を意味する。

Claims (14)
- 複数枚のガラス基板を樹脂層を介して積層してなるガラス基板積層体の製造方法であって、
屈折率ndが1.55〜2.30のガラス基板を準備する工程と、
前記ガラス基板の第一主表面に凹凸構造を形成する工程と、
前記凹凸構造に液状樹脂を塗布する工程と、
前記液状樹脂又はそれを硬化させたものを介して、凹凸構造を有するガラス基板を複数枚積層する工程とを備えていることを特徴とするガラス基板積層体の製造方法。 - 前記液状樹脂が、光エネルギーを与えることにより硬化するものであり、
前記凹凸構造を有するガラス基板を積層する工程の後に、前記光エネルギーにより前記液状樹脂を硬化させて、前記凹凸構造を有するガラス基板同士を接着させる工程を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス基板積層体の製造方法。 - 前記ガラス基板の前記第一主表面と反対側の第二主表面の表面粗さRaが、10nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス基板積層体の製造方法。
- 前記ガラス基板は、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 10〜60%、BaO 1〜40%、TiO2+La2O3 0.5〜40%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガラス基板積層体の製造方法。
- 複数枚のガラス基板を樹脂層を介して積層してなるガラス基板積層体であって、
前記ガラス基板は、第一主表面に凹凸構造を有すると共に、屈折率ndが1.55〜2.30であり、
前記樹脂層は、光硬化性樹脂の硬化物であることを特徴とするガラス基板積層体。 - 請求項5に記載のガラス基板積層体を有する導光板を備えていることを特徴とするヘッドマウントディスプレイ。
- 第一主表面に凹凸構造を有するガラス基板であって、
前記ガラス基板の屈折率ndが1.55〜2.30であり、
前記凹凸構造の凹部底面がガラス面からなり、その表面粗さRaが10nm以下であることを特徴とするガラス基板。 - 前記凹部底面のうねりが20nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガラス基板。
- 前記凹凸構造の凸部が前記ガラス基板と異なる材料からなり、
前記凹凸構造の凸部と前記ガラス基板の屈折率nd差が0.01以上であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のガラス基板。 - 前記ガラス基板の最大厚みと最小厚みの差が0.5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス基板。
- 前記ガラス基板の前記第一主表面と反対側の第二主表面の表面粗さRaが10nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガラス基板。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 10〜60%、BaO 1〜40%、TiO 2+La2O3 0.5〜40%を含有することを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載のガラス基板。
- 前記凹凸構造の凸部は、(高さの5%における幅)/(高さの95%における幅)が0.5〜1.2であることを特徴とする請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載のガラス基板。
- 請求項7〜13のいずれか1項に記載のガラス基板を有する導光板を備えていることを特徴とするヘッドマウントディスプレイ。
