Abstract
In one aspect, the present invention includes a winding core 3, a wrap film 2 wound around the winding core 3, and a box body 4 accommodating the winding core 3 and the wrap film 2. Is 300 cm3 or less, and the length of the wrap film 2 in the winding direction X is 30 m or less.
Description
The present invention relates to a wrap film container and a method for manufacturing the same.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a portable packaging bag may be used when temporarily storing food or the like when going out. As a portable packaging bag, for example, a packaging bag with a zipper as disclosed in
However, since the size of the above-mentioned packaging bag with the zipper is predetermined, there may be a gap even if the zipper is closed depending on the size of the packaged object. Therefore, it is necessary to carry a plurality of packaging bags according to the packaged objects in order to ensure reliable packaging regardless of the packaged objects, which is a problem in terms of practicality. In addition, since the zippered packaging bag is carried in a bag or the like in a bare state, the packaging bag may be damaged before use and the packaged object may leak from the damage.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a package suitable for carrying.
The present inventors have found that the above problem can be solved by reducing the size of a wrap film that has been conventionally used exclusively in a kitchen or the like to be portable.
That is, in one aspect, the present invention includes a core, a wrap film wound around the core, and a box in which the core and the wrap film are housed, and the volume of the box is 300 cm 3 or less. It is a wrap film container in which the length of the wrap film in the winding direction is 30 m or less.
In another aspect, the present invention includes a winding core, a wrap film wound around the winding core, and a box body accommodating the winding core and the wrap film, and the box body is 30 mm x 30 mm x 330 mm. The following is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped wrap film container.
Since the wrap film container as described above is smaller than the conventional wrap film, it is suitable for carrying. Also, in this wrap film container, a wrap film of a required size can be used from the wrapped wrap film according to the packaged object, and a gap at the time of packaging such as a packing bag with a zipper can be used. Is less likely to occur, it is sufficient to carry one wrap film container. In addition, since the wrap film is contained in the box, it is possible to prevent the wrap film from being damaged before use.
The wrap film may be a resin film. The resin film may contain at least one resin selected from the group consisting of polyvinylidene chloride resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, and polyolefin resin.

In another aspect of the present invention, in another aspect, a step of winding a wrap film having a length in a winding direction of 30 m or less on a winding core, and housing the winding core and the wrap film in a box having a volume of 300 cm 3 or less. And a step of obtaining a wrap film container by a method of manufacturing a wrap film container.
In another aspect, the present invention is a method for packaging a packaged object outdoors using the wrap film contained in the wrap film container.
According to the present invention, a package (wrap film container) suitable for carrying can be provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
