Abstract
Description
電磁波若しくは電磁気的刺激、弾性波、振動波及び熱からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つのエネルギーを被検体の脳、脊髄、脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの位置に照射するための一又は複数のエネルギー照射手段と、
前記エネルギー照射手段が照射するエネルギー量を制御するためのエネルギー制御手段と、
前記被検体の覚醒度及び/又は睡眠状態に関連する情報を取得する手段と
を有し、前記エネルギー制御手段は、前記覚醒度及び/又は睡眠状態に関連する情報に依存して照射エネルギー量を制御する
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 電磁波若しくは電磁気的刺激、弾性波、振動波及び熱からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つのエネルギーを被検体の脳、脊髄、脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの位置に照射するための一又は複数のエネルギー照射手段と、
前記エネルギー照射手段が照射するエネルギー量を制御するためのエネルギー制御手段と、
前記被検体の覚醒度及び/又は睡眠状態に関連する情報を取得する手段と
を有し、前記エネルギー制御手段は、前記覚醒度及び/又は睡眠状態に関連する情報に依存して照射エネルギー量を制御する
ことを特徴とするエネルギー照射装置。 - 前記複数のエネルギー照射手段は、複数の位置にエネルギーを照射できるように設置され、該位置に依存して照射タイミング及び/又は照射強度を切り替える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。 - 前記エネルギー照射手段により照射されるエネルギーの照射位置を、前記被検体の脳、脊髄、脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの位置に設定する照射位置設定手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記被検体の頭部形状若しくは骨格又は脊髄の構造情報を取得する構造情報取得手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- ヒト標準の頭部構造データ及び前記被検体の頭部構造データを保持できるデータ保持手段と、
前記被検体の脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び/又は脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路の位置を導出する解析手段と
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。 - ヒト標準の頭部構造データ及び前記被検体の頭部構造データを保持できるデータ保持手段と、
前記被検体の脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び/又は脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路の位置を導出する解析手段と
をさらに有し、
前記照射位置設定手段が、前記解析手段により導出された前記被検体の脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び/又は脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路の位置に、前記複数のエネルギー照射手段から照射されるエネルギー分布が最も重なるように照射位置を設定する手段である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエネルギー照射装置。 - 前記エネルギーを検出するための検出手段と、
血行動態を算出するための血行動態算出手段と
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。 - 前記被検体の表面及び/又は内部の温度を測定するための温度測定手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び/又は脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路内における所定物質の量を測定するための物質測定手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記解析手段により導出された脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び/又は脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路の位置、及び/又は、
前記物質測定手段により測定された前記脳脊髄液若しくはその流路及び/又は脳内細胞間質液若しくはその流路内における所定物質の量、及び/又は、
前記血行動態算出手段により算出された血行動態、及び/又は、
前記温度測定手段により測定された温度
を表示するための表示部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー照射装置。 - 前記被検体の脳脊髄液及び/又は脳内細胞間質液の流量を測定するための流量測定手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記被検体の脳脊髄液及び/又は脳内細胞間質液の流量を、所定の値となるよう制御するための流量制御手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記被検体の動きをモニタする体動モニタ手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記覚醒度及び/又は睡眠状態に関連する情報を取得する手段が、脳波センサ、加速度(モーション)センサ、イメージセンサ、光センサ及び心拍センサからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記被検体の睡眠レベル又は覚醒度を制御するための手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
