Description

The present invention relates to a bag that can be resealed after opening and can be used as a storage bag. In particular, water is included at the time of sale, and after eating it, it can be eaten as it is, or it can be eaten after cooking, or it can be drained, such as pickled or konjac, hamburger, curry, dumplings, etc. The present invention relates to a bag suitable for packaging of foods that require heating such as buns with ingredients.

Traditionally, it has been soaked in water and soup at the time of sale, such as chopped soaked pickles, thread konnyaku, chopped vegetables, and garlic tofu, and foods that require draining when eaten, such as dried shiitake and dried wakame In addition, it is dried at the time of sale, and when eating, the food is fully absorbed by water, drained, and then cooked, frozen food such as shumai, dumplings, buns with ingredients, fried rice, boiled fish, vegetables Various cooked foods such as boiled food, hamburger, curry, stew, etc. are sold in a state of being packed in packaging bags.
When these foods are eaten, they are thawed, heated, cooked, etc. in a state of being filled in a bag, or eaten after draining. Recently, products are also available that can be filled with sauces and soup stock in a packaging bag, and consumers can put their favorite food into the bag and cook with a microwave oven.

As such a food packaging bag, a packaging bag having a hook-and-loop fastener attached to the inner surface immediately below the upper end is known (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). In such a packaging bag, the packaging bag is opened in the vicinity of the upper end portion, and can be heated and cooked with a drainer or a microwave oven while being filled with food. Further, the remaining food can be put into the packaging bag, and the opening can be resealed by engaging the hook-and-loop fastener and stored. In addition, in order to keep the food storable for a long time until the product filled with food reaches the consumer or is opened, it is heat sealed and sterilized above the hook-and-loop fastener.

When such a packaging bag is used, if the bag is tilted with the hook-and-loop fastener portion engaged after opening, water can be discharged from the gap between the hook-and-loop fasteners engaged, so that the food is filled in the bag and drained. be able to. Also, when opened and heated and cooked in a microwave oven, the steam generated from the gap between the engaged surface fasteners is discharged, so that the bag can be heated and cooked with food filled without rupturing the bag. .

The product in which the packaging bag is filled with food is a food company, fills the packaging bag with water-removed food, microwave-required heated food, microwave-required cooked food, engages a surface fastener, heat-seals, After being sterilized, it is distributed and arranged in stores. The consumer who has purchased the product opens the bag, heats and cooks it with a drainer or a microwave oven with the hook-and-loop fastener closed, and then removes the food from the packaging bag and eats it. Food left over can be stored in the same packaging bag with the hook-and-loop fastener closed. The stored leftovers can be eaten after being heated in a microwave oven while being put in a packaging bag.
In this way, even when the packaging bag is closed by the engagement of the hook-and-loop fastener, water and steam can pass between the engaging elements of the hook-and-loop fastener, so that it is used as a packaging bag for draining or heating a microwave oven. ing.

However, in a product filled with food using a packaging bag described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the filled food is clogged between engaging elements while being placed in the store from the manufacture of the product, and drained. In some cases, heating and cooking in a microwave oven could not be performed sufficiently. In addition, food is caught between the engaging elements and hangs down from the engaging elements, the appearance is impaired and the consumer is unclean and the commercial value may be reduced.

特開2005−324827号公報(請求項1〜16、図1〜12)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-324827 (Claims 1 to 16 and FIGS. 1 to 12) 国際公開2006/115149号公報(請求項1〜12、図1〜6)International Publication No. 2006/115149 (Claims 1-12, FIGS. 1-6)

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and the filled food, in particular, solid food, is not clogged between the engaging elements of the hook-and-loop fastener or caught by the engaging elements between the manufacturing and the opening of the consumer. An object is to provide a bag for food packaging.
The present inventors have provided a partition member that can be easily torn when the hook-and-loop fastener is disengaged at the lower part of the hook-and-loop fastener of a conventional packaging bag, or can be easily torn only by lightly pressing, so that the food packaging can be opened. The packaging bag of the present invention is a packaging body, particularly in stores, until a consumer who purchases the packaging bag filled with food (hereinafter referred to as a packaging bag filled with food and sealed) is opened. In the case where the food is filled in the package, especially when the solid food is immersed in water, the solid food does not get entangled or clogged with the hook-and-loop fastener engaging element. Therefore, it has a good appearance and gives the consumer a hygienic impression.

In addition, when the food is drained prior to taking out from the package, or when the microwave is heated by opening the seal, the partition that has blocked the hook-and-loop fastener portion and the food filling portion so that the food does not adhere to the hook-and-loop fastener Since the member can be easily torn, draining, heating with a microwave oven, and removal of food from the bag are easy. Furthermore, since the packaging bag of the present invention can be resealed with a hook-and-loop fastener after the food is taken out from the package, it can be repeatedly used as a packaging bag for storing food or the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1: is a top view which shows an example of the whole package which uses this invention packaging bag (1). FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross section taken along the line XX ′ shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the front body part (11) and the back side body part (10) constituting the packaging bag are fused at both side edges (7), and the bottom part is self-supporting so that the packaging body can stand on its own. It has a structure. The packaging body is not limited to a self-supporting type, and may be a non-self-supporting packaging body in which the lower ends of the front side body part (11) and the back side body part (10) are sealed by heat sealing or the like.

The upper end (the upper end of the packaging bag) of the front side body part (11) and the back side body part (10) forms an opening part (8). The 1st surface fastener (2) is arrange | positioned along the upper end of a packaging bag in the upper part of the inner surface of a front side trunk | drum (11). A second hook-and-loop fastener (2 ') is detachably opposed to the first hook-and-loop fastener (2) along the upper end of the packaging bag on the upper inner surface of the back-side body (10). The packaging bag is sealed between the upper end and the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2, 2 ') along the upper end (seal part (6)).

As shown in FIG. 2, the stems (stems) of a number of mushroom-like engaging elements extend substantially upright from the base on the first hook-and-loop fastener (2) and the second hook-and-loop fastener (2 '). There is a space between the mating elements and between the stems of the engaging elements that engage with each other. Aqueous liquid and vapor are discharged from the bag through this space during draining or microwave heating.

In a package using conventional packaging bags, filled food, especially solid food, may become entangled with the engaging element when the package is manufactured, distributed, or displayed at the storefront. In addition, the engagement elements are clogged or hung from the engagement elements, the appearance is impaired, the consumer is unclean and the commercial value is lowered.
In the present invention, in order to solve such a problem, a partition member (4) is provided between the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2, 2 ') and the filling portion (3) for filling food. By this partition member, the food (12) filled in the filling part (3), in particular, solid foods present in an aqueous liquid such as water, broth, saline, vinegar diluted with water, etc. are provided on the first and second surfaces. Contact with the fasteners (2, 2 ') is avoided, and the problem that the solid food is entangled with the engaging elements or clogged between the engaging elements does not give the consumer a sense of filth.

Unless the solid food enters between the first surface fastener and the second surface fastener and between the engagement elements, only the aqueous liquid passes through the partition member and between the first surface fastener and the second surface fastener and between the engagement elements. Even if it intrudes into the product, the value of the product will not be impaired. Therefore, the partition member may have a small hole that penetrates the partition member having a size that allows the aqueous liquid to pass therethrough but does not allow the solid matter to pass therethrough. If there is a through small hole, steam at the time of microwave heating can be discharged out of the package from the small hole.

In the present invention, the partition member (4) opens the package and removes the engagement between the first surface fastener and the second surface fastener before taking out the food from the bag (the front body portion (11) and the back side). It is preferable that the body part (10) is pulled apart), or it is torn in the longitudinal direction (direction along the upper end of the package) by pushing with a fingertip or pinching. For example, the partition member is preferably uniaxially stretched in the longitudinal direction (the direction in which the row of mushroom-like engagement elements extends) together with the first and second surface fasteners, and the molecules constituting the partition member are preferably oriented in the longitudinal direction. Moreover, you may provide a mechanical low-strength part (5) to a partition member along a longitudinal direction easily torn. The mechanical low-strength portion (5) may be a single row or a plurality of rows of grooves, a single row or a plurality of rows of penetrating or non-penetrating small holes, or a combination thereof. Good.

Since the first surface fastener and the second surface fastener can be repeatedly engaged and disengaged, the remaining food, another food, an article other than food is opened, and the packaging member after tearing the partition member is used. It can be preserved by placing and then engaging the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners.

In the present invention, the front side body part (11) and the back side body part (10) are not particularly limited as long as the inner surface is composed of a film or sheet that can be heat-sealed with the bases of the first and second surface fasteners. Films and sheets used in food packaging bags are used. A laminated film in which a thermoplastic low melting point polymer film is laminated on the inner surface so that the inner surface can be heat-sealed can also be used. Also, the same sheet or film is used at the bottom. Furthermore, a gusset part can also be provided in a bag and the same film and sheet | seat are used for a gusset part. In particular, in a non-self-standing packaging bag, a film or sheet for the bottom is not necessary. These films and sheets may be metal-deposited and processed so that light does not enter the bag or printed.

As described above, the first surface fastener and the second surface fastener are detachably disposed on the inner surface upper portion of the front side body portion (11) and the second surface fastener is detachably disposed on the inner surface upper portion of the back side body portion (10). The first surface fastener and the second surface fastener are attached to each inner surface by heat sealing. The first and second hook-and-loop fasteners are preferably a combination of male hook-and-loop fasteners having mushroom-like engaging elements from the viewpoint of draining performance and easy discharge of steam generated during microwave heating from the gaps between the engaging elements.

The mushroom-like engaging element in the present invention is not only when the swollen head protrudes 360 degrees around the stem (stem), but also when the swollen head protrudes in one or two directions from the stem. When viewed from a certain direction, it looks like a mushroom, but when viewed from another direction, it does not look like a mushroom. Therefore, the mushroom-like engagement element referred to in the present invention includes a hook-like engagement element.

The height of the mushroom-like engagement element is in the range of 0.3 to 3 mm, and the interval between the engagement elements adjacent in the longitudinal direction (direction in which the engagement element row extends) is 0.1 to 3 mm. The cross-sectional area (thickness) of the stem portion is preferably 0.05 to 1.0 mm 2 . As shown in FIG. 3, independent stems that are substantially upright from the substrate are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction (in the direction along the upper end of the packaging bag) and are discontinuously arranged. A mushroom-like engagement element having a protrusion protruding in a direction perpendicular to the stem row is preferable in terms of drainage ability and steam passage ability. In addition, when the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners are heat-sealed and integrated with the inner surfaces of the front-side body portion (11) and the back-side body portion (10), it is preferable that the engaging elements are not collapsed by heat and pressure. The first and second hook-and-loop fasteners have 1 to 10 engaging element rows (4 rows in FIG. 3), and the interval (stem interval) between adjacent engaging element rows is 0.2 to 2 mm. It is preferable that 2 to 30 elements / cm of engaging elements exist in the element row.

As described above, the partition member can be provided with a small hole penetrating from the front surface to the back surface along the longitudinal direction. When the microwave oven is heated, the vapor passes through the small hole and is discharged to the outside of the packaging bag. Therefore, it is not necessary to tear the partition member prior to heating. The diameter of the small holes is preferably 0.1 to 3 mm, and preferably provided in one or more rows at intervals of 0.2 to 5 mm in the longitudinal direction of the partition member. The presence of this row of small holes also provides the advantage that the partition member can be easily torn.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a closing member in which the first and second surface fasteners (2-1, 2-2) are integrally formed with the partition member (4). Such an integrally molded closing member can be produced as follows. The melted thermoplastic resin is extruded from an extrusion nozzle having a cross section shown in FIG. 4 (2a is a slit for forming a hook-and-loop fastener, 4a is a slit for forming a partition member, and 5a is a slit for forming a mechanical low strength portion). An extruded body having one to several rows of engaging element rows extending continuously in the longitudinal direction on the side and having a region serving as a partition member (4) between the two rows of engaging element is obtained. Next, after the cuts extending from the tips of the rows to the roots (substrate surface) are made at small intervals in the direction across the row in the continuous rows for engaging elements, the extruded product is moved in the longitudinal direction by 130 to 170. The continuous line is converted into a line in which independent mushroom-like engagement elements are arranged by stretching uniaxially at 2 to 4 times at a temperature and widening the gap interval.

By stretching in this way, the partition member (4) is also stretched in the longitudinal direction, and the molecules forming the partition member are oriented in the longitudinal direction and easily split in the longitudinal direction. In particular, a mechanical low-strength portion (5), for example, a groove shown in FIG. Then, the partition member is more easily split along the mechanical low strength portion. When the package is opened and the front and back body parts are pulled in opposite directions so as to disengage the first surface fastener and the second surface fastener, at the same time, mechanical low strength parts such as grooves (5) Can be easily split in the longitudinal direction, so that a blade or the like for tearing the partition member becomes unnecessary.
The partition member and the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners do not need to extend from one side edge of the packaging bag to the other side edge, and need not be parallel to the upper end portion of the packaging bag. You may provide diagonally with respect to a part. The thickness of the substrate of the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners and the thickness of the partition member are preferably 0.1 to 2 mm, and the thickness of the groove portion is preferably 0.03 to 0.5 mm because it is easily torn. The groove may be provided on the same surface as the engaging element, may be provided on a surface opposite to the engaging element, or may be provided on both surfaces. A plurality of grooves may be provided in parallel.

The width of the partition member (the distance between the two hook-and-loop fasteners in FIG. 3) is further improved in terms of workability when attaching the hook-and-loop fasteners on both sides of the closing member to the front-side body and the back-side body. 2-30 mm is preferable from the point which prevents tearing before opening a package.

Examples of the resin for integrally forming the first and second surface fasteners and the partition member include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyamide resins such as nylon 6 and nylon 66, and polyethylene terephthalate. And stretchable thermoplastic resins such as polyester resins such as polybutylene terephthalate and polylactic acid. Since it can be easily heat-sealed to the inner surface of the body portion of the packaging bag, it is preferable that both the body portion of the packaging bag and the closing member (the partition member and the first and second surface fasteners) are made of polyolefin resin. The closing member is more preferably formed of a blend of polyolefin resin, and is formed of a blend of polyethylene and polypropylene (mixing weight ratio is 5:95 to 95: 5, preferably 15:85 to 45:55). It is particularly preferable. In this case, the first and second surface fasteners can be easily and firmly heat-sealed to the inner surface of the trunk portion of the packaging bag made of various polyolefin resins.
Representative examples of the method for sealing the body side edge of the packaging bag and the method for attaching the first and second surface fasteners to the front side body and the back side body include a method using an adhesive and a method using thermal fusion. However, it is preferable because the method by heat fusion is the simplest and the productivity is high. The heat-sealing temperature and pressure are usually 110 to 180 ° C. and 0.5 to 5 kgf / cm 2 , although depending on the type of resin forming the body and the resin forming the surface fastener substrate.

Since the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners and the partition member are integrally formed, the partition member is also attached to the packaging bag at the same time by heat-sealing the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners to the front-side body and the back-side body. . The entire back surface of each hook-and-loop fastener portion does not need to be attached to the front-side body portion or the back-side body portion. For example, only the upper end portion of the hook-and-loop fastener may be attached to the front-side body portion or the back-side body portion. Moreover, the partition member does not need to be directly attached to the front side body part and the back side body part, and may be fixed to the front side body part and the back side body part via a hook-and-loop fastener.

Since it is preferable that the partition member is easily torn, it is preferable to provide the seal portion (6) above the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2, 2 ') from the viewpoint of product safety and hygiene. preferable. The seal part (6) may be provided between the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2, 2 ') and the opening part (8), or provided so as to seal the opening part (8) at the upper end of the packaging bag. May be. Moreover, each board | substrate of 1st and 2nd surface fastener (2, 2 ') may be extended outside an opening part (8), and the board | substrates extended outside the opening part (8) may be sealed. . Although the width | variety of a seal | sticker part (6) depends on the magnitude | size of a packaging bag, it is 1-10 mm normally.

The consumer who purchased the package usually tears the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2, 2 ') and the seal portion (6) along the upper end of the packaging bag, and the first hook-and-loop fastener (2) The engagement of the second surface fastener (2 ′) is released and the partition member (4) is split in the longitudinal direction. Thereafter, the first hook-and-loop fastener (2) and the second hook-and-loop fastener (2 ') are engaged again, and the filled food is drained or heated in a microwave oven. An opening notch (9) serving as a starting point for tearing the side edge of the packaging bag shown in FIG. 1 so that the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2, 2 ′) and the seal portion (6) can be easily torn. ) Is preferably provided.

A package using the preferred packaging bag of the present invention is generally prepared as follows. A first surface fastener (2) as a closing member is attached to the front side body (11) via the substrate, and a second surface fastener (2 ') is attached to the back side body (10) via the substrate. The first and second hook-and-loop fasteners are preferably arranged to face each other so that the engaging element of one hook-and-loop fastener enters between the engaging elements of the other hook-and-loop fastener. Next, after superposing the front side body part (11) and the back side body part (10) and attaching a sheet member that forms the bottom part as necessary, three sides (on the side and the upper end that become the two side edges of the packaging bag) Fusing side. A package is obtained by filling food from the open end (bottom), finally sealing the open end by heat fusion or the like, and performing a treatment such as sterilization.

In the packaging bag of the present invention, the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners (2 and 2 ') and the filling portion (3) for filling the food are blocked by the partition member (4). Solid food does not enter (2, 2 ′). Accordingly, the solid food does not get tangled or clogged with the engaging elements of the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners, so that the appearance is beautiful, the cleanliness is given to the consumer, and the commercial value is improved. And after opening, since water and vapor | steam can be discharged | emitted from the clearance gap between a 1st and 2nd hook_and_loop | surface fastener, it can drain or heat a microwave oven with the food put in the packaging bag.
Further, after the food is taken out, it can be reused as a re-sealable storage bag, a draining bag, and a microwave heating bag using the first and second hook-and-loop fasteners in the vicinity of the opening.

The packaging bag of the present invention is sold in a state dipped in water or soup such as chopped soaked pickles, yarn konjac, chopped vegetables for salad, etc. In addition, as a packaging bag for drained foods such as food that is absorbed before cooking and then drained, or frozen food such as shumai, dumplings, meat buns, fried rice, boiled fish, stewed vegetables, hamburger, curry, stew, etc. It can be widely used as a packaging bag for food that is heated and thawed in a microwave oven such as various cooked foods.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention, this invention is not limited to these Examples.

Example 1
A resin mixture obtained by blending polyethylene and polypropylene at a weight ratio of 20:80 was melt-extruded from a nozzle as shown in FIG. 4 to obtain an integrally molded product. The obtained integrally molded product has six rows of engaging elements at both ends in the width direction. Cuts extending from the head of the row to the root at an angle of 75 ° in the length direction of the integrally molded product are inserted into the engagement element rows at an interval of 0.3 mm. Double-stretched to obtain a closing member having two male surface fasteners and a region to be a partition member.

The obtained closing member has a height of a mushroom-like engaging element of 0.6 mm, a stem cross-sectional area (thickness) of 0.12 mm 2 , an engaging element density of 65 pieces / cm 2 , and a surface fastener having a width of 7 mm. Had at both ends in the direction. Each mushroom-like engagement element had an engagement protrusion that protrudes from both ends of the stem only in the direction crossing the engagement element row.

The thickness of the substrate of each hook-and-loop fastener is 0.1 mm, the thickness of the region to be the partition member is 0.1 mm, the width is 10 mm, the thickness of the groove bottom provided in the center in the width direction is 0.05 mm, The groove portion was continuously present in parallel (in the longitudinal direction) with the surface fastener. The region to be the partition member was molecularly oriented in the length direction and was easily torn at the groove.

The surface fastener on one side of the obtained sebum member is attached to the inside of the sheet serving as the front side barrel by heat fusion in parallel with the end of the sheet, and the other surface fastener is similarly heated to the inside of the sheet serving as the back side barrel. It was attached by fusing. In addition, both the sheet | seat used as a front side trunk | drum and a back side trunk | drum were the laminated films of nylon on the outer side, and polypropylene on the inner side. The bottom sheet (same laminate sheet) is placed on the front and back body sheets, and both the edges and the bottom part of the front and back body parts are heat-melted as shown in FIG. I wore it. Further, a seal portion was formed by heat-sealing between the hook-and-loop fastener and the open end. The obtained packaging bag has a height of 20 cm, a width of 15 cm, and a width of 5 cm at the bottom, and can be filled with 300 cc of fluid food. As shown in FIG. 1, an opening notch was inserted between the seal portion and the hook-and-loop fastener.

200 cc of stew was put into the bag from the bottom unsealed portion of the obtained packaging bag, and the unsealed portion was heat-sealed and sealed. The obtained package was greatly shaken in the vertical direction, but the stew was blocked by the partition member and did not enter the surface fastener, and there was a feeling of cleanliness.
The seal part where the package was opened at the opening notch was removed. When the hook-and-loop fastener was disengaged and the space between the two hook-and-loop fasteners was widened, the partition member underneath was also torn at the groove. When the hook-and-loop fastener was closed again and placed in a microwave oven and heated, heating was possible without blowing out stew from the bag.

A part of the stew contained in the bag was taken out of the bag, and the rest of the stew was put in the bag, the hook-and-loop fastener was closed and stored in the refrigerator. The bag was taken out of the refrigerator the next day and heated again with a microwave oven.

Comparative Example 1
A packaging bag was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1 except that two independent male surface fasteners were used instead of the male surface fastener and the closing member having the partition member. In this packaging bag, 200 cc of a 1: 2 mixture (weight ratio) of yarn konjac and water was put and sealed. When the obtained package was greatly shaken in the vertical direction, the thread konjac was entangled with the engaging element of the hook-and-loop fastener, which dropped and gave an unclean feeling.
