Claims (8)
- イオン分析装置の分離カラムからの溶出液のバックグラウンド電気伝導率を抑制するためのサプレッサであって、
前記分離カラムからの配管に近い内径をもちイオン交換膜からなる1本のイオン交換チューブが平面内で複数回折り曲げ又は巻回されてシート形状をなし、前記分離カラムからの溶出液が流されるイオン交換チューブシートと、
前記イオン交換チューブシートを内部に収納し、前記イオン交換膜のイオン性官能基を再生する再生液がイオン交換チューブシートの面の両側を流れるように再生液流路を形成している容器と、
を備えたサプレッサ。 - 前記容器は前記イオン交換チューブシートを間に挟んだ2枚の基板からなり、
前記両基板の対向面には前記イオン交換チューブシートを挟んで対向するように溝が形成されており、両基板の溝が一体となって前記再生液流路となっている請求項1に記載のサプレッサ。 - 前記再生液流路内で前記イオン交換チューブシートの面の両側に配置され、再生液を電気分解するための一対の電極をさらに備えた請求項1又は2に記載のサプレッサ。
- 前記イオン交換チューブシートは一平面内で隣接チューブと接する部分をもつように密に配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のサプレッサ。
- 前記イオン交換チューブは内径が500μm以下である請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のサプレッサ。
- 前記イオン交換チューブは肉厚が100μmから300μmの間である請求項5に記載のサプレッサ。
- 前記イオン交換チューブはペルフルオロカーボン重合体にイオン交換のための官能基が結合したものである請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のサプレッサ。
- 分離カラムと、
前記分離カラムに溶離液を供給する溶離液供給流路と、
前記溶離液供給流路に配置され、溶離液供給流路に試料を注入するインジェクタと、
前記分離カラムからの溶出液流路に配置された電気伝導率検出器と、
前記分離カラムからの溶出液流路で分離カラムと前記電気伝導率検出器との間に配置された請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のサプレッサと、
を備えたイオンクロマトグラフ。
