Description
The present invention relates to a wound product package (wrapped product) obtained by packaging a wound material in which a winding material such as a wire or a film is wound around a rod-shaped or cylindrical core, and the wound product is packaged. The present invention relates to an end wall and a method for assembling a wound package.
When transporting a wound material in which a wound material such as a magnetic tape film or a liquid crystal film is wound around a core made of a paper tube or the like, it has been conventionally packaged using a pair of plastic end walls. Has been done. As a conventional end wall for packaging, for example, as described in Japanese Patent No. 2639512 and Japanese Patent No. 2801248, it is made of a square plastic plate and formed on the inner surface thereof. There is known a structure configured to support a wound product by inserting a supporting convex portion into an end portion of a cylindrical core.
In general, wound products wrapped by such plastic end walls are stacked in a plurality of rows on a pallet and transported by a pallet unit by a cargo handling vehicle such as a forklift or a handlift.
Some of the wound products wrapped by the plastic end walls as described above have a weight of 600 to 700 kg as in the case of winding a plastic film such as a magnetic tape film.
Such a heavy roll is difficult to wrap with cardboard. Moreover, when the length of the wound material does not meet the pallet standard, there is a problem that it is necessary to prepare a dedicated pallet in order to transport the wound material with a forklift. Furthermore, the higher the weight of the wound material, the higher the strength, durability, workability, and the like are required for the end wall that wraps it.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and in particular, a wound product package, an end wall for a wound product package, and a wound product that can be efficiently handled by a cargo handling vehicle such as a forklift. It aims at providing the assembly method of a package.
The wound packaging end wall according to the present invention is disposed at each end of a wound product in which a wound material is wound around a core and wraps the wound product, and is made of plastic, A main body having support means for supporting the end of the core at the center and connecting the ends of the two lower beams connecting the paired end walls to the lower ends of both sides; and from the lower end of the main body A leg portion extending downward, and the leg portion has a height that can form a space for inserting a loading means that can lift and lower a cargo handling vehicle below the two lower beams. It is what.
A wound package body in which a wound object is packaged using the end wall and the lower beam is inserted into a space below the lower beam, for example, a loading means that can lift and lower a cargo handling vehicle such as a forklift claw. It can be transported directly. In other words, according to the end wall for wrapped product packaging of the present invention, a pallet is used as in the prior art even for a wound product having a heavy weight or a wound product having a length that does not meet the pallet standard. And can be packaged so that it can be directly transported by a forklift or the like.
In the wound product end wall according to the present invention, it is preferable that the leg portion has a height of 50 mm or more.
If the height of the leg portion is 50 mm or more, it becomes possible to insert the claws of a forklift that is most commonly used as a cargo handling vehicle equipped with a stacking means that can be moved up and down, below the two lower beams.
In the wound packaging end wall according to the present invention, the main body portion is substantially square, and the support means is such that the center axis of the core supported by the means and the center of the main body portion substantially coincide with each other. It is preferable that they are formed at various positions.
According to the above configuration, by supporting the core at the center of the square main body, the area of the end wall can be suppressed with respect to the winding diameter of the wound article to be conveyed, and the transportation efficiency can be increased.
In the wound packaging end wall according to the present invention, the main body portion and the leg portion may be integrally formed.
If the end wall is integrally formed of plastic as described above, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
On the other hand, the wound packaging end wall according to the present invention may be formed by joining the main body member constituting the main body portion and one or more leg members constituting the leg portion to each other. is there.
In the above case, the main body member and the leg member are joined and integrated to be used for direct conveyance of the wound package by a forklift or the like, and the wound material is used as in the prior art using only the main body member. The form used for transporting the package in units of pallets can be properly used.
As a first support mode of the end wall for wrapped article packaging according to the present invention, the winding material is wound around the intermediate length of the core, and the support means inserts the end of the core from above. In some cases, it may be formed of a groove formed downward from the upper end of the main body and having a stop surface for placing the end of the core.
In the case of the first support mode, the wound material is first lifted and the two end walls are held upright by the lower beam, and then the wound material is lowered to lower the wound material. Since the end of the core is placed on and supported by the stop surface of the groove on the end wall, the wound package can be easily assembled even when the weight of the wound is large. .
The said 1st support aspect WHEREIN: It is preferable that the elastic body which covers the said stop surface at least among the said grooves is attached so that replacement | exchange is possible.
If the elastic body as described above is attached to the end wall so as to be replaceable, sufficient holding is possible even if the outer diameter of the core of the wound article to be wrapped changes somewhat. The attachment of the elastic body to the end wall can be performed interchangeably, for example, by having a complementary shape that allows the side surface of the groove and the elastic body to be fitted.
In the above case, it is more preferable that the stop surface has irregularities. This is because the amount of deformation of the elastic body in the circumferential direction of the core increases and decreases due to the unevenness of the stop surface, thereby improving the holding force when the outer shape of the core changes.
In the first support mode, it is preferable that a wall for preventing movement of the core in the length direction is formed on the outer portion of the groove so as to narrow the width of the groove.
According to the above configuration, the elastic body stops the core from sliding, and the end of the core is prevented from jumping out of the end wall groove by the wall that narrows the width of the groove. It can be prevented from being damaged or deformed by collision.
In the first support mode, a hole for fitting the end portions of the two lower beams may be formed at the lower ends of both side portions of the inner surface of the main body portion.
In the case of the above configuration, it is only necessary to fit the end portion of the lower beam into the hole of the end wall, so that the assembly is simple.
In the above case, it is preferable that a projection for receiving the end of the lower beam is formed on the inner surface of the main body.
If the above convex part is formed at the lower edge of the hole, the lower beam is inserted into the hole by placing the end of the lower beam on the convex part and then sliding the lower beam. Can be performed easily.
As a second support mode of the end wall for wound article packaging of the present invention, the core is cylindrical with both ends open, and the support means can be inserted into the end of the core. In some cases, the main body portion may include a supporting convex portion formed on the inner surface.
The second support mode is particularly applied to a wound product in which the core is cylindrical and the wound material is wound over substantially the entire length thereof. In the case of this support mode, assembling can be performed while the wound object is suspended in the air, so that the surface of the wound object can be efficiently assembled without being damaged.
In the second support mode, two notches are formed from the lower end or side edge of the end wall to the lower ends of both side portions of the main body so that the ends of the two lower beams can be inserted. It is preferable that the end portions of the two lower beams inserted into the end wall are fastened to the end wall by mooring means.
According to the said structure, the edge part of two lower beams can be easily attached to the end wall of the state suspended with the winding material.
The present invention also relates to the following wound product package. That is, a wound product package according to the present invention includes a wound product in which a wound material is wound around a core, and a pair of wound product packaging end walls according to the present invention described in detail above. It is provided at both ends of the article and supports both ends of the core by supporting means, and two lower beams connecting the lower portions of the pair of end walls. is there.
According to the above-described wound package, even when the weight of the wound material is large or when the length does not meet the pallet standard, for example, a loadable vehicle such as a forklift claw can be lifted and lowered. The means can be inserted directly into the space below the lower beam and transported directly, so that handling can be easily performed.
In the wound package according to the present invention, the two lower beams have horizontal wall portions protruding so as to face each other, and a plate-like bottom cover is placed on the horizontal wall portions. There may be.

Includes methods of packaging using. In this method, the wound object is lifted and the pair of end walls are connected to each other by two lower beams to hold the wound object in a self-supporting state, and the wound object is attached to the core. A second step of suspending both ends so as to be inserted into the grooves of the pair of end walls, and placing both ends of the core on the stop surfaces of the grooves of the pair of end walls. It is what.
According to the above assembling method, it is not necessary to assemble the end wall and the lower beam in a state where the wound object is suspended in the air, so that the working efficiency can be improved.
In the method of assembling a wound article according to the present invention, the first step further includes detachably attaching an auxiliary tool for reinforcing these self-supporting states to the pair of end walls. In some cases, the method further includes a third step of removing the auxiliary tool from the pair of end walls as a subsequent step of the second step.
In the above case, the work efficiency can be increased when the wound object is suspended by reinforcing the self-supporting state of the two end walls with the auxiliary tool.
Further, the present invention includes the following second to seventh wound product packaging end walls. These wound packaging end walls are arranged at both ends of a wound product in which a wound material is wound around a cylindrical core having both ends opened, and wrap the wound product.
(First embodiment)

The cylindrical support convex portion 13pa is characterized in that the rib 13ta is formed at the boundary portion between the support convex portion 13pa and the
Further, as another feature of the cylindrical support convex portion 13pa, the support convex portion 13pa has a double structure in which the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral portion are combined to provide a double peripheral wall. There is a point where the gap is reinforced by the rib 13ta. By making the inner surface smooth as a double structure, it is difficult for foreign matters such as dust to accumulate on the inner surface, and the load resistance of the supporting convex portion 13pa can be improved by the double structure. A plurality of ribs 13ta are radially formed between the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall.
FIG. 13 is a partial cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the supporting convex portion showing still another configuration of the supporting convex portion. A feature of the cylindrical support convex portion 13pb shown in FIG. 13 in comparison with the support convex portion 13pa of FIG. 12 is that the thickness of the upper side portion of the outer peripheral wall is made thicker than the lower side portion. By increasing the thickness of the upper portion, the load resistance of the supporting convex portion 13pb can be improved, while by reducing the lower portion, unnecessary weight increase is suppressed.
