Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an adhesive peeling and removing device that efficiently peels and removes an adhesive adhered to a car body or the like of an automobile.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, stickers and various interior and exterior materials are bonded to the body of an automobile by an adhesive such as an adhesive.
Since these stickers and interior / exterior materials are in the way of repairing or repainting the vehicle body, they are peeled off or removed from the vehicle body. Since removal requires a lot of time and labor, there is a problem that the work rate is very bad.
In order to improve this problem, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 8-9143 proposes a pressure-sensitive adhesive peeling rotary roll that peels and removes a sticker or the like adhered to a vehicle body or the like.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive peeling rotary roll disclosed in the above publication has a roll-shaped main body having elasticity and wear resistance on the surface thereof, and is rotated by an electric grinder or an air grinder and is pressure-bonded to the surface to be peeled. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is softened with frictional heat and peeled off.
However, the adhesive peeling rotary roll of the above publication has a solid structure in which a roll-shaped main body is formed of rubber or synthetic resin, and therefore, when the main body is pressed against the surface to be peeled, the main body is caused by friction between the main body and the surface to be peeled. Wears and generates a large amount of wear powder.
Since this wear powder is a fine powder, it is scattered to the surroundings as the roll-shaped main body rotates, and the working environment is deteriorated. Since it penetrates into the body from the eyes, nose and mouth, there are problems such as deteriorating the health of workers.
The present invention has been made in order to improve such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for removing and removing a sticky material in which fine wear powder does not scatter around.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an adhesive peeling / removing device that peels and removes an adhesive adhered to a vehicle body or the like, an attachment shaft that is attached to a rotation driving means, a tape attachment member that is provided on the attachment shaft, and a detachable attachment to the tape attachment member Because it consists of a peeling member made of adhesive tape that is freely attached, and a pressurizing means that fixes the peeling member to the tape mounting member by pressing the tape mounting member in the axial direction, like an electric drill or air drill Friction heat is generated between the sticker or adhesive and the peeling member by rotating the mounting shaft with a simple rotation driving means and pressing the outer peripheral surface of the peeling member against the sticker to be peeled off or the adhesive stuck to the vehicle body To soften the sticker adhesive and adhesive, and at the same time, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is bonded to the adhesive and adhesive by the frictional force and peels off from the vehicle body. Since it is Rukoto, sticker and was sticking to the vehicle body, it can be peeled be efficiently stickies fixed to the vehicle body.
Also, since the peeled stickers and adhesives become solid with the shavings of the tape and fall off, unlike the case of peeling with a roller made of conventional rubber or resin, fine wear powder is scattered around. As a result, work efficiency deteriorates due to the deterioration of the work environment, and scattered abrasion powder penetrates into the body from the eyes, nose and mouth of the worker and damages the health of the worker. It can be solved.
Further, according to the present invention, the pressure plate is screwed to a screw plate formed on the mounting shaft and presses the pressure plate in the axial direction of the tape mounting member. Since it consists of a nut, the peeling member can be securely fixed to the tape mounting member simply by tightening the nut, so that the peeling member is idled during the work and the peeling work cannot be performed, and the work efficiency is reduced. In addition, there is no fear of this, and the operation of exchanging the worn release member with a new release member can be easily performed in a short time.
In addition, since a plurality of protrusions are provided on the surface of the pressing plate that contacts the end surface of the tape mounting member, when the pressing means is tightened, the protrusion protruding from the pressing plate bites into the end surface of the tape mounting member. Because no slip occurs between the pressing plate and the tape mounting member, and chamfered surfaces are formed at the corners on both ends of the tape mounting member, and a plurality of concave grooves are formed in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface. When the tape attachment member 3 is pressurized by the pressurizing means, the tape attachment member easily expands in the radial direction, so that the contact surface pressure between the outer peripheral surface of the tape attachment member and the inner peripheral surface of the core member of the peeling member increases. Since the peeling member is less likely to come off than the tape attachment member, the safety during operation is improved.
Further, according to the present invention, the tape attachment member is formed from two members formed in a taper shape, and attached to the attachment shaft so that the small diameter side faces each other, and the core of the peeling member is held by the taper surface of the tape attachment member. Since it did so, since a peeling member can be attached to a tape attachment member even if the internal diameter of a core material changes, it can respond to the various peeling members from which an internal diameter differs.
In addition, since a heat-resistant masking tape, cloth tape, or the like is used for the peeling member, a consumable peeling member can be obtained at low cost.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 and FIG. 2 shows a main body 1 of an adhesive peeling device, which includes a mounting shaft 2 and a cylindrical tape mounting member 3 and a tape mounting member 3 made of an elastic body provided at one end of the mounting shaft 2. Comprises means 4 for pressurizing. A threaded portion 2a is formed on one end side of the mounting shaft 2, and the central portion of the tape mounting member 3 formed in a cylindrical shape by rubber or synthetic resin is searched for in the threaded portion 2a. A pair of pressing plates 4 a formed by washers having substantially the same diameter as the outer diameter of the tape attachment member 3 are in contact with both end surfaces of the tape 3.
The pressurizing means 4a is composed of the pressing plate 4a and a pair of nuts 4b screwed to the threaded portion 2a of the mounting shaft 2. The nuts 4b are tightened and the tape attaching member 3 is tightened by the pair of pressing means 4ab. The outer peripheral surface of the tape attachment member 3 can be expanded in the radial direction by pressurizing the end surface of the tape attachment member 2 in the axial direction of the attachment shaft 2.
During operation, the nut 4b is a double nut so that the nut 4b is not loosened, or the threaded portion 2a of the mounting shaft 2 is a reverse screw with respect to the rotational direction of the rotation drive means so that the nut 4b is tightened as the mounting shaft 2 rotates. May be.
On the other hand, the sticker bonded to the vehicle body and the peeling member 5 for peeling off the adhesive remaining on the vehicle body after the inner and outer materials are removed from the vehicle body are rolled into a cylindrical core body 5a and an outer periphery of the core body 5a. It consists of the wound adhesive tape 5b.
The core body 5a has an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tape mounting member 3 so that the tape mounting member 3 can be easily inserted into the core body 5a. When the member 3 is pressurized from the axial direction and the outer peripheral surface of the attachment member 3 is expanded in the radial direction, the inner surface of the core body 5a is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tape attachment member 3, and the tape is attached by the frictional force of both. The peeling member 5 is prevented from idling with respect to the member 3.
For the adhesive tape 5b, a masking tape used for baking painting on the vehicle body or an equivalent product is used.
The masking tape is an adhesive tape 5b formed by applying a heat-resistant acrylic adhesive on at least one side of a tape material made of Japanese paper so that it can withstand the high temperatures during baking and painting. It can withstand high temperatures above ° C.
Moreover, the ready-made masking tape is standardized such that the width is, for example, 6 mm, 15 mm, 24 mm, and 30 mm, and the length of the mounting member 3 to which the peeling member 5 is attached is approximately 6 mm, 15 mm, and 24 mm according to these standards. 30 mm are prepared in advance.
Next, the operation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive peeling device constructed as described above will be described.
The stickers and seals attached to the car body are firmly adhered to the car body with a synthetic resin adhesive so that they cannot be easily peeled off. The interior material is attached to the inside of the car body, and is attached to the outside of the car body. Exterior materials such as moldings and side visors are firmly bonded to the vehicle body with a synthetic resin adhesive.
For this reason, when trying to remove the sticker or seal when repairing the vehicle body, it cannot be easily removed, and if you try to remove it forcibly, the vehicle body and paint may be damaged, and Even when the exterior material is removed, the adhesive remains as a sticky material on the vehicle body side. Therefore, it is necessary to remove this sticky material, but the sticky material has already been cured and cannot be easily removed.
In removing these adhesives, first, a rotary drive means that can be held by hand, such as an electric drill or an air drill, is used, and a mounting shaft 2 of the main body 1 is attached to a chuck (both not shown) of the rotary drive means. The peeling member 5 having a width selected according to the work is attached to the tape attachment member 3 provided on the attachment shaft 2. At this time, the winding direction of the tape of the separation member 5 is the rotation direction of the tape attachment member 3. Install so that it is the opposite.
That is, when the tape attachment member 3 rotates to the right, the frictional force applied to the outer peripheral surface of the peeling member 5 when the tape is wound so that the tape winding direction of the peeling member 5 is the left direction and the adhesive is peeled off. Thus, the adhesive tape 5b is tightened. And each nut 4b of the pressurization means 4 is tightened, the tape attachment member 3 is pressurized from the axial direction by the pressing plate 4a, and the outer peripheral surface of the tape attachment member 3 is expanded in the radial direction. On the other hand, the peeling member 5 is firmly attached.
Next, in this state, the mounting shaft 2 is rotated by the rotation driving means, and the outer peripheral surface of the peeling member 5 is pressed against the sticker to be peeled off or the adhesive material fixed to the vehicle body. Friction heat is generated between the peeling member 5 and the sticking material to soften the sticker adhesive and the sticking material.
At the same time, the tape portion of the adhesive tape 5b is scraped off by the frictional force and falls off from the adhesive tape 5b, and the remaining adhesive surface is combined with the softened adhesive or adhesive of the sticker and peeled off from the vehicle body. Since the sticker and the sticking material are lump together with the scraped scrap of the tape and fall off, unlike the case of peeling with a roller formed of conventional rubber or resin, fine wear powder does not scatter around.
As a result, the work environment is not deteriorated, and the operator's health is not impaired because the worker does not have to worry about sucking the wear powder.
Also, as the sticker is peeled off and the adhesive is removed, the adhesive tape 5b wears and the outer diameter decreases. Therefore, when the adhesive tape 5b is almost exhausted, the operation is temporarily suspended and the adhesive tape 5b is replaced with a new adhesive tape. By exchanging with 5b, the operation can be continued, so that even a sticker stuck on a wide range of the vehicle body or an adhesive remaining on the wide range of the vehicle body can be efficiently peeled and removed.
When the removal of the sticker or the adhesive is completed, if adhesive or shaving residue of the adhesive tape remains on the vehicle body, the waste may be wiped with a volatile liquid such as silicon off.
If there is a concern that the nut 4b screwed to the tip of the mounting shaft 2 may damage the vehicle body due to the contents of work, etc., the nut 4b protrudes from the end face of the peeling member 5 as in the use example shown in FIG. It is only necessary to attach the adhesive tape 5b to the tape attachment member 3 having a length shorter than the width of the adhesive tape 5b in advance.
On the other hand, FIG. 4 shows a modified example of the tape mounting member 3. In this modified example, the tape mounting member 3 is formed of two tapered members 3 a and 3 b so that the small diameter side ends face each other. It has a structure attached to the attachment shaft 2, and has a structure in which the end of the core 5a of the peeling member 5 is supported by the taper surface 3c of each tape attachment member 3a, 3b.
The method for removing the adhesive by the adhesive peeling device according to the modification is the same as that in the above embodiment, and thus the description thereof is omitted. However, by adjusting the interval between the tape attachment members 3a and 3b, the inner diameter of the core 5a is adjusted. However, it is possible to cope with the peeling members 5 having different values. 5 and 6 show another modified example of the pressure-sensitive adhesive peeling device. In this modified example, the inner surface of the pressing plate 4a of the pressing means 4, that is, the surface that comes into contact with the end surface of the tape attachment member 3 is shown. A plurality of protrusions 4 c are provided so as to protrude into the end face of the tape attachment member 3 when the nut 4 b is tightened.
Further, the corners of both end faces of the tape mounting member 3 are chamfered to form a chamfered surface 3d, and a plurality of concave grooves 3e are circularly formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tape mounting member 3 in the axial direction parallel to the mounting shaft 2. Formed at intervals in the circumferential direction.
The method for removing the sticky substance by the sticky substance peeling apparatus according to the modification is also the same as that of the above embodiment, so that the description thereof is omitted. However, when the nut 4b of the pressurizing means 4 is tightened, the protrusion protruding from the pressing plate 4a is provided. Since 4c bites into the end surface of the tape attachment member 3, no slip occurs between the pressing plate 4a and the tape attachment member 3.
Further, the chamfered surface 3d is formed on both end sides of the tape mounting member 3, and the plurality of concave grooves 3e are formed on the outer peripheral surface. Therefore, when the tape mounting member 3 is pressurized by the pressurizing means 4, the tape mounting member 3 becomes easy to expand in the radial direction, the contact surface pressure between the outer peripheral surface of the tape mounting member 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the core member 5a of the peeling member 5 is increased, and the peeling member 5 is less likely to come off from the tape mounting member 3. As a result, the safety during the work is improved, and when the nut 4b is loosened in order to replace the peeling member 5, the tape mounting member 3 is instantaneously contracted to the original diameter. It will be possible to do it efficiently in a short time.
Further, due to the plurality of concave grooves 3e formed in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the tape mounting member 3, the contact area between the outer peripheral surface of the tape mounting member 3 and the core material 5a of the peeling member 5 is reduced, and air easily enters. Therefore, even if the peeling member 5 is set on the tape attachment member 3 and left for a long period of time, the peeling member 5 will not be removed from the tape attachment member 3.
In the embodiment and the modified example, the example in which the adhesive tape 5b made of a paper tape is used as the peeling member 5 has been described. However, if there is heat resistance, a sheet of cloth tape, nonwoven fabric tape, resin tape, cork, leather, or the like is used. A tape-shaped one may be used.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described in detail above, the pressure sensitive adhesive peeling and removing device of the present invention attaches a peeling member made of an adhesive tape to a tape mounting member provided on a mounting shaft, such as an electric drill or an air drill. While the mounting shaft is rotated by the rotation driving means, the outer peripheral surface of the peeling member is pressed against the sticker to be peeled off or the sticky material fixed to the vehicle body, so that frictional heat is generated between the sticker or the sticking material and the peeling member. The sticker's adhesive and adhesive can be softened, and at the same time, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape can be bonded to the adhesive and adhesive and peeled off from the vehicle body by frictional force. The peeled adhesive can be peeled efficiently.
Also, since the peeled stickers and adhesives become solid with the shavings of the tape and fall off, unlike the case of peeling with a roller made of conventional rubber or resin, fine wear powder is scattered around. Therefore, it is possible to solve the conventional problems such as deteriorating the working environment and the scattered wear powder entering the body from the eyes, nose and mouth of the worker and deteriorating the health of the worker.
