Abstract

この発明に係わる留具は、伸縮性あるいは可撓性がある材料から成り、従来の各種ネクタイに代わる全く新しいタイプの留具として、男女を問わず使用でき、該留具の表面部分に、彩色、デザインを施すことにより、アクセサリしてより良いものになる。また、この留具は、ネクタイ以外にも、２つ以上の結合部材を連結する手段として幅広く使用されるものである。The fastener according to the present invention is made of an elastic or flexible material, and can be used by men and women as a completely new type of fastener that replaces various conventional ties. Description

技術分野
この発明は、例えば一般に着用されているネクタイに代えて利用可能とした留具に関するものである。
背景技術
一般に男性は、私的な場所以外ではネクタイを着用するのが常識となっている。とりわけ、ビジネスの場では、スーツを着用するとともにネクタイを結ぶのが一般社会常識となっている。
しかしながら、ネクタイの着用は体温の上昇をもたらすために夏季においては冷房装置（クーラ）を最大限に作動させる結果となり、省エネルギの観点からは好ましくないものである。すなわち、上記ネクタイを着用している場合、首部を圧迫する結果となるために、発汗等による体熱の発散が抑制されてしまう。このため、家屋内にいる者は上記クーラの設定温度をきわめて低く設定（例えば１５℃）してしまう傾向にある。このようなことは、夏季の電力需要を増大させる結果となるため省エネルギの観点からは好ましいものではない。
また、夏季等においては、暑さを緩和する等のために、上記ネクタイを緩めるとともにシャツの第一ボタンをはずしておく者もいる。このようにした場合、暑さを若干ではあるが凌げるものの、見る者にだらしない印象を与えてしまうため推奨できるものではない。
さて、近年では、簡易に着脱可能としたネクタイも考えられ実際に使用されている。このような簡易着脱式のネクタイには、その裏側に固定された、万年筆の矢羽のごとき係止片を持つもの、あるいは、フックを持つ係止片からなるものがある。しかしながら、上記係止片は通常、金属製であるため、着用者の体質と上記係止片を構成する金属の種類とによっては、この金属製の係止片が着用者の胸元に直接触れるため、アレルギ反応を引き起こす原因となる場合が考えられる。
また、別の種類の簡易ネクタイとして、ループタイと呼ばれているものもある。しかしこれは、首の周りを紐で縛るため、その紐が引っ張られると、首が圧迫されて呼吸困難になるなどの危険性がある。
この発明に係る留具は、上述のような事情に鑑みて考えられたものである。更に、この留具は、ネクタイ以外にも、２つ以上の結合部材を連結する手段として使用可能である。
発明の開示
この発明に係る留具のうち、請求項１に記載した発明は、帯片と、この帯片の少なくとも端部に設けられた係止部とを備え、連結すべき一対の片部を有する被結合部材の上記一対の片部で、上記係止部に整合する位置に設けられた被係止部に、上記係止部を係止することにより、上記一対の片部同士を連結自在としたことを特徴とするものである。
次の請求項２に記載した発明は、前記帯片に設けられた係止部、もしくは前記被結合材に設けられた被係止部は、複数個あり、これら複数の係止部もしくは被係止部の、任意のそれらを選択して使用可能としたことを特徴とするものである。
この構成によれば、例えばネクタイにかわる当該留具を使用したシャツにおいて、その帯片の係止部の位置を変化させることにより、着用者の首周りの窮屈さを加減できる。
尚、請求項３に記載したように、上記被結合部材が衣服であり、上記被係止部が、この衣服の任意の位置に形成されたボタン若しくは孔、若しくはボタン穴、若しくは止着テープ（所謂、ベルクロ）とした構成を採用することができる。
また、この発明に係る留具のうち、請求項４に記載した発明は、帯片と、この帯片の少なくとも端部に設けられた係止部と、連結すべき一対の片部を有する被結合部材の上記一対の片部において、その一方の片部に形成した係合孔に係合する係合部と、を備え、上記一対の片部のうちの他方の片部に形成した被係止部に、上記係止部を係止自在としたことを特徴とするものである。
尚、請求項５に記載したように、上記請求項４に記載した発明を前提として、上記係合部が、上記帯片の中間部であり、この中間部を上記帯片の他の部分よりも細くした構成であること、または、同じ高さ寸法にしたことを特徴としている。
また、請求項６に記載したように、請求項４または請求項５に記載した発明を前提として、上記被結合部材が、上記一方の片部にボタンを、上記他方の片部にボタン穴を、それぞれ設けた衣服であり、上記係合孔が上記ボタン穴であり、上記被係止部が上記ボタンとした構成を採用できる。
更に、上記請求項４乃至請求項６のいずれかに記載の発明を前提として、請求項７に記載したように、上記衣服の第一ボタン穴の近傍に、他のボタン穴と同様の垂直な向きの縦ボタン穴を上記第一ボタン穴とともに形成し、該縦ボタン穴を上記係合孔とした構成を採用する。或いは、請求項８に記載したように、上記衣服の第一ボタンに整合する第一ボタン穴を、他のボタン穴と同様の垂直な向きに形成し、この第一ボタン穴を上記係合孔とした構成を採用することもできる。
更には、上記請求項１乃至請求項８のいずれかに記載の発明を前提として、請求項９に記載したように、上記留具を着用した場合における該留具の少なくとも表面となる部分に、彩色或いは各種デザイン若しくは装飾を施すこともできる。
また、請求項１０に記載したように、上記留具を伸縮性材料により構成したり、或いは請求項１４に記載したように、上記留具を可撓性材料により構成したりすることができる。尚、請求項１０に記載したように上記留具を伸縮性材料により構成した場合、請求項１１に記載したように、上記留具の両端部分は、固結手段により固結されてなるものとするのが好ましい。上記固結手段としては、請求項１２に記載したように、上記留具の両端部分の先端縁部を折り返し、更に当該部分を縫製する構造とする場合と、請求項１３に記載したように、上記留具の両端部分先端縁に接着材料を塗布すること方法が採用できる。
また、係止片を持つ簡易着脱式のネクタイにおいて、予めシャツ等に当該留具を装着した後に、上記簡易ネクタイを着用する（当該留具に上記係止片を装着させる）ことにより、上記係止片が着用者の肌に直接触れなくなる利点がある。
発明を実施するための最良の形態
次に、この発明の実施の形態例について、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
図１乃至図３は、この発明の実施の第一形態例に係る留具を示している。本形態例に係る留具１は、身体前面でボタン留めするシャツ（いわゆるＹシャツ）２に装着するための、ゴム等の伸縮性材料製の帯片から成るものである。この留具１においては、図２、図３に示すように、その中間部に上記シャツ２の第一ボタン穴３ａに係合する係合部４を設けるとともに、その両端部に上記第一ボタン１２ａに係止する係止穴５、５を設けている。この係止穴５が、請求の範囲に記載した係止部に相当する。
また、本形態例の場合、図１に示すように、上記係合部４をなす帯片の中間部を、他の部分よりも細くしている。これは、上記係合部４を上記第一ボタン穴３ａに係合させた場合に、図２に示すように整然と係合させ、他人にごわついた印象を与えないようにするためである。
また、本形態例に係る留具１においては、上記図３に示すように、シャツ２に装着した場合、該留具１の表面となる部分に、適宜の彩色やデザインを施している。
上述のように構成される本形態例に係る留具１をシャツ２に装着すると、図３に示すようになる。図示の例からも明らかなように、本形態例に係る留具１においては、従来使用されていたネクタイや蝶ネクタイに代わる、新規な留具として使用できる。特に、本形態例の場合、シャツ２に装着した場合に該留具１の表面となる部分に、適宜の彩色やデザインを施しているため、該留具１が有効なアクセントとなり、見る者に好印象を与える。
また、本形態例に係る留具１は、ネクタイのように首周りにきっちりと締結するものではないため、夏季等においても体温の上昇が抑制されるので健康上有効である。更には、体温上昇に伴う冷房装置の過剰な使用を抑制できるため、省エネルギ効果も奏する。しかも、従来のネクタイにおいては、前述したように、これを緩めるとともにシャツ２の第一ボタン１２ａを外しておいた場合、見る者にだらしない印象を与えてしまうが、上記留具１にあっては、体温の上昇はネクタイに比較して小さいものであるため、これを外しておこうとする気持ちを抱くことが少なくなり、もって、見る者にだらしない印象を与えてしまうことが少なくなる。
更に、図９（Ａ）（Ｂ）に示すような簡易着脱式のネクタイ８に代えて本形態例に係る留具１を着用すれば、上記簡易着脱式のネクタイ８にもまして装着が容易であり、しかも、上記簡易着脱式のネクタイ８のようにアレルギ反応を引き起こす原因となることもないため、実用上の効果が大きい。
また、首周りが多少小さくなったシャツ２であっても、上記留具１を着用すれば自他ともに窮屈な感じを抱くことなく、上記シャツ２を着用できる。すなわち、上記留具１を用いる場合、シャツ２の第一ボタン１２ａを、この第一ボタン１２ａと整合する第一ボタン穴３ａにかけとめておく必要がなく、且つ、上記留具１が伸縮性材料製であることと相俟って、上記シャツ２を着る者に窮屈な思いを抱かせることがない。これを見る者にとってはなおさらである。
次に、図４及び図５は、この発明の実施の第二形態例を示している。本形態例に係る留具１ａは、上記第一形態例に係る留具１（上記図１参照）と同様、ゴム等の伸縮性材料製の帯片から成る留具である。この留具１ａにおいては、図４に示すように、その中間部に上記シャツ２の第一ボタン穴３ａに係合する係合部４ａを設けるとともに、その両端部に上記第一ボタン穴３ａに整合する第一ボタン１２ａに係止する係止穴５、５を設けている。この係止穴５が、請求の範囲に記載した係止部に相当する。
尚、本形態例の場合、図４に示すように、上記係合部４ａをなす帯片の中間部は、他の部分と同等の高さ寸法としている。この留具１ａを、図２での留具１の代わりに使用することもできる。しかしこの場合、前記留具１ａの中間部は、係合孔３ａによってその巾が狭められる。これを解消するため、図５に示すように、シャツ２の第一ボタン１２ａに整合する第一ボタン穴３ｂを、他のボタン穴３と同様の垂直な向きに形成し、この第一ボタン穴３ｂに上記留具１ａを係合自在としている。従って、上記係合部４ａの高さ寸法を、他の部分と同等の高さ寸法としても、該係合部４ａは上記ボタン穴３ｂに整然と係合し、他人にごわついた印象を与えることはない。
尚、上述したように、シャツ２の第一ボタン１２ａに整合する第一ボタン穴３ａを他のボタン穴３と同様の垂直な向きに形成するのに代えて、図１０に示すように、上記シャツ２の第一ボタン穴３ａの近傍に、他のボタン穴３と同様の垂直な向きの縦ボタン穴３ｃを上記第一ボタン１２ａとともに形成し、該縦ボタン穴３ｃに上記留具１ａを取り付け自在とした構成を採用することもできる。この例の構造の場合、通常のネクタイを着用する場合には、第一ボタン穴３ａに第一ボタン１２ａを係止させる。一方、従来のネクタイに代えて上記留具１ａを着用する場合は、この留具１ａを上記縦ボタン穴３ｃに係合させる。
また、本形態例に係る留具１ａにおいても、シャツ２に装着した場合に該留具１ａの表面となる部分に、適宜の彩色やデザインを施す。或いは、上記表面となる部分に、宝石を付けたり、花束状のアクセサリをピン等によって係止させることもできる。このように、種々の装飾を施すことができる。
次に、図６は、この発明の実施の第三形態例を示している。本形態例に係る留具１ｂは、薄板状のプラスチック等の可撓性材料で作られた帯片から成るものである。この留具１ｂにおいては、図６（Ｂ）に示すように、その一端部（図６（Ｂ）の右端部）裏面に、万年筆の矢羽の如きクリップ状の係合片６を設けている。また、この留具１ｂを構成する帯片の他端部（図６（Ｂ）の左端部）下面には、第一ボタン１２ａ（をかがっている糸）と係止自在な切り欠き７を形成している。上記係合片６が、請求の範囲に記載した係合部である。また、上記切り欠き７が、請求の範囲に記載した係止部である。
上述のように構成される本形態例に係る留具１ｂにおいては、上記係合片６をシャツ２の第一ボタン穴３ａを介して該シャツ２に係合させるとともに、上記切り欠き７を、上記第一ボタン穴３ａに整合する第一ボタン１２ａ（をかがっている糸）に係止させる。この結果、図６（Ｃ）に示すように、該留具１ｂが装着される。その他の構成並びに作用・効果は、上述した第一形態例と同様である。
次に、図７は、この発明の実施の第四形態例を示している。本形態例に係る留具１ｃは、ゴム等の伸縮性材料製の帯片から成るものである。この留具１ｃにおいては、その一端部（図７の右端部）を、シャツ２に直接縫い付けている。また、この留具１ｃを構成する帯片の他端部（図７の左端部）には、上記シャツ２の第一ボタン１２ａに係止する、係止部である係止穴５を設けている。
このように構成される留具１ｃを使用する場合には、シャツ２を着る段階で、上記留具１ｃに設けた係止穴５に、第一ボタン１２ａを係止させることで行なえる。従って、きわめて容易に装着できる。その他の構成並びに作用・効果は、上述した第一形態例と同様である。尚、この図７に示すように、上記係止穴５は複数設け、任意の係止穴５を選択的に使用するようにしてもよい。このような構成の場合、留具１ｃのシャツの表に現れる（見える）部分の長さを調整できるようになる。
次に、図８は、この発明の実施の第五形態例を示している。本形態例においては、シャツ２において、その襟部２ａに覆われた部分に、図８（Ａ）に示すように一対の細孔２０を設けている。また、ゴム等の素材により造られた帯状の留具２１の両端部には、上記細孔２０に掛け止め自在なボタン１２ｂを設けている。このボタン１２ｂを上記細孔２０に掛け合わせることにより、この留具２１を装着できるようにしている。また、同図（Ｂ）に示すように、上記留具２１の表面中央部にネクタイ部分２２を固定しておけば、簡易着脱式のネクタイとして使用できる。また、同図（Ｃ）に示すように蝶ネクタイ部分２３を固定しておけば、簡易着脱式の蝶ネクタイとして使用できる。尚、図８（Ｂ）（Ｃ）に示した例の場合、同図（Ａ）に示した例とは異なり、止着テープ（所謂、ベルクロ）を設け、この止着テープによりシャツ２に留具２１を止着している。その他の作用については上述の形態例と同様である。
尚、上述した各形態例においては、留具１、１ａ、１ｂ、１ｃを第一ボタン１２ａ部分に装着する例について説明したが、この発明は上述の例に限定されるものではなく、図２（Ａ）、図３において、他のボタン１２を設けた部分に装着できる。全てのボタン１２ａ、１２に上記装着具１、１ａ、１ｂ、１ｃを装着することも可能であり、この場合には斬新な装飾性を醸し出せる。
また、上記係合部４の構造や、係止穴５といった係止部の構造は、他にも種々考えられる。例えば、図１１の如く、第一、第二の各形態例において、留具１、１ａをなす帯片の一端部（図１（Ａ）、図２（Ａ）のそれぞれ左端部）のみに係止穴５を設けるとともに、留具１、１ａをなす帯片の、例えば両端部で、装着時に互いに対向する面に、それぞれスナップ（オス）２５，スナップ（メス）２６を縫い付けて、上記両端部同士を留めるようにしても良い。
要は、上記係合部４はボタン穴３ａ、３に係合でき、上記係止部は上記ボタン１２ａ、１２（ボタン１２ａ、１２をかがっている糸を含む）に係止できれば良い。
また、係止部としての構造は、上述の各例に限定されるものではなく、例えば図１２に示すように、先端部が、拡縮自在な係止端部３０とし、この係止端部３０を、先端部の弾性に抗して縮めた状態で係止孔３１に挿通し、挿通後には該係止端部３０の拡径により係止する構造を採用することができる。尚、この図１２の留具を使用する場合は、シャツの一方の片部に孔を設け、他方の片部にボタン穴を設けようにする。
尚、上述した第一、第二、第四、第五の各形態例においては、留具を構成する材料としてゴム等の伸縮性材料を採用しているが、このような伸縮性材料により製造した留具の場合、所謂ほつれ等を防止するために、留具の両端部分を固結手段により固結するのが好ましい。この固結手段としては、例えば縫製手段や接着手段が考えられる。すなわち、上記留具の両端部分先端縁部を折り返し、更に当該部分を縫製することで固結（固結手段が縫製手段）する構造を採用したり、或いは、留具の両端部分先端縁に接着材料を塗布することで固結（固結手段が接着手段）する構造を採用したりすることができる。
産業上の利用可能性
この発明に係る留具は、以上説明したように構成されているため、従来使用されているネクタイや簡易着脱式ネクタイ、蝶ネクタイに代わる、新規な留具として老若男女を問わず使用できる。特に、該留具の表面となる部分に、適宜の彩色やデザインを施すことにより有効なアクセントとなり、見る者に好印象を与える。
また、ネクタイのように体温の上昇を伴わないため、健康上の利点が大きく、体温上昇に伴う冷房装置の過剰な使用を抑制できて省エネルギ効果も奏する。また、この留具にあっては、体温の上昇を伴わないため、これを外そうとする気持ちを抱くことは少なく、もって見る者にだらしない印象を与えてしまうことが少なくなる。これらにより、この発明に係る留具は実用上の効果が大きいものである。
