Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a construction method for converting an existing house into a house with a roof.
BACKGROUND ART In recent years, interest in houses with a rooftop has been increasing along with changes in living environments and lifestyles, and remodeling in which roofs of existing houses are removed and a rooftop is provided is increasing. In the past, when performing this renovation, the entire area from the roof to the ceiling was completely removed, and the roof was constructed in the same way as for new construction.
For this reason, the above-mentioned conventional rebuilding method requires a long construction period and a high construction cost. In addition, because they could not live during the construction period, they had to secure a separate living space during that time, which placed a heavy burden on residents both mentally and financially.
In general, a rooftop house has a drawback that it has poor heat insulation because it has no roof, but a rooftop house constructed by a conventional remodeling method could not overcome the above drawbacks. Furthermore, if an appropriate rooftop floor material is not used, there is a possibility that rain leakage may occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a construction method capable of easily remodeling an existing house into a house with a roof in a relatively short period of time, and having excellent livability after the remodeling. Is an issue.
Disclosure of the Invention A method of construction work for remodeling a house with a roof according to the present invention includes a support table mounting step of mounting a support table of a roof floor material on a folded plate having a corrugated cross section arranged without gaps on the upper surface of the house, And a step of laying a rooftop material on the support base.
In the case of a general Japanese house, a roof removal step of removing the roof and exposing the beam, a framework step of forming a frame with a square bar on the beam, and arranging folded sheets having a corrugated cross section on the frame without gaps After the folding plate mounting process for mounting, the work of the support base mounting process and the roof floor material laying process is performed. When the roof portion is formed of a folded plate having a corrugated cross section as in a prefabricated house, the existing folded plate can be used as it is, and the roof removing step, the framing step, and the folded plate attaching step can be omitted.
In the above construction method, if a C-shaped steel is used as the support and the C-shaped steel is arranged so that the opening is on the lower side and intersects with the groove direction of the folded plate, a practically preferable result is obtained.
In this case, a cylindrical body having an internal thread formed therein with an internal thread is projected upward from the folded plate, and a through-hole is formed in the C-shaped steel corresponding to the position of the cylindrical body, and the through-hole is inserted into the through-hole. If a method of attaching the C-shaped steel to the folded plate by screwing the externally threaded body to the internal thread of the cylindrical body is adopted, it is easy to attach the C-shaped steel as the support base.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described by taking as an example a construction for renovating an existing house A shown in FIG. 1 into a house B with a roof shown in FIG.
In the renovation work, the roof 1 of the existing house A is first removed to expose the beams (roof removal process). FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a construction site showing a state in which the roof removal process has been completed, in which beams 2 arranged vertically and horizontally are exposed. The ceiling material 3 is left under the beam 2 as it is.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a frame is formed on the beam 2 with the square bar 4 (frame setting step). In the illustrated embodiment, a steel pipe 4 is used as a square member, which is assembled in a lattice shape. As a method for connecting the steel pipes, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, an L-shaped connecting piece 5 is attached to a vertical steel pipe 4 (1) by welding, and the connecting piece 5 and the horizontal steel pipe 4 (2) are connected to each other. May be fixed with bolts 6 and nuts 7.
In addition, as a pre-process of the next folded plate mounting process, a folded plate support 8 is mounted on the upper surface of the steel pipe 4 as shown in FIG. At the top of the folded plate support 8, a male screw rod 9 is provided so as to protrude upward.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, folded plates 10 having a corrugated cross section are arranged on the framework of the steel pipe 4 without gaps, and the male screw rod 9 is inserted into a through hole 10 a formed in the folded plate 10. After fitting the washer 11 to the male screw rod 9, the nut 12 is screwed on and the folded plate 10 is attached in a fixed state (folded plate attaching step). Adjacent folded plates 10 are not fixed. When the folded plates 10 are arranged with a slight gradient in the groove direction, drainage is good.
Further, a cylindrical body 13 having an internal thread formed with a female screw 13a is screwed to the upper end portion of the male screw rod 9 from the nut 12. In the screwed state, the upper end of the cylindrical body 13 is higher than the upper end of the male screw rod 9. Therefore, the cylindrical body 13 having the female screw 13a formed on the inner peripheral portion is in a state of projecting upward from the folded plate 10. The length of the cylindrical body 13 is determined such that the upper end position of the cylindrical body 13 has a positional relationship with a C-shaped steel 14 described later.
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, a support 14 for rooftop floor material is disposed on the folded plate 10 so as to intersect with the groove direction of the folded plate, and a male screw body is inserted into a through hole 14a formed in the support. The support base 14 is mounted by inserting a bolt 15 from above and screwing it into the female screw 13a of the cylindrical body 13 (support base mounting step). A C-shaped steel is used as the support base 14, and the C-shaped steel is arranged with an opening on a lower side. Since the upper end of the cylindrical body 13 is almost in contact with the lower surface of the C-shaped steel, the positioning of the bolt 15 and the female screw 13a is easy.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 9, a rooftop flooring material 16 is laid on the support base 14 (rooftop flooring material laying step). As shown in FIG. 10, the roof flooring material 16 has a flat first lower portion 16a formed at one edge and a bottom surface at the lower edge of the first lower portion 16a at the other edge. And the second hanging portion 16b having a groove substantially the same as the level of the second hanging portion 16b is formed. Each roof floor material 16 is laid in a state in which the first hanging portion 16a of the adjacent roof floor material 16 is fitted into the groove of the second hanging portion 16b, and is fixed to the support base 14 by the screw type fixing tool 17. As a result, even if water enters between the adjacent rooftop floor materials 16, the water is received by the groove of the second hanging portion 16b, and does not enter the interior.
In the house B with a rooftop constructed in this way, two spaces separated vertically by the folded plate 10 are formed between the ceiling material 3 and the rooftop flooring material 16, so that the heat insulation is good. Further, since the C-shaped steel is used as the support 14 for the roof floor material, the space between the ceiling material 3 and the roof floor material 16 is widened, and the structure is effective for heat insulation.
In the above, the construction method of remodeling a general Japanese house into a house with a roof has been described, but the present invention can be applied to other than a Japanese house. For example, when the roof portion is formed of a folded plate 10 having a corrugated cross section as in a prefabricated house shown in FIG. 11, the existing folded plate 10 is used as it is, and the roof removing process, the framing process, and the folded plate attaching process are performed. Can be omitted.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the construction method of remodeling a house with a roof according to the present invention, since the roof is constructed without dismantling the ceiling, the construction period is short and the construction cost is low. It can be raised and live during construction. In particular, when the roof portion is formed of a folded plate having a corrugated cross section as in a prefabricated house, the existing folded plate can be used as it is, and the construction is simplified. In addition, in a house renovated or fitted with a roof according to the method of construction according to the present invention, a large space can be provided between the ceiling and the roof floor material, so that a favorable living environment with excellent ventilation and heat insulation can be obtained. Can be
