Conventionally, filtration devices have been used in which liquids to be treated, such as sewage and human waste, are filtered through a drum-shaped screen, but in such filtration devices, if the screen becomes clogged, filtration cannot be carried out at the filtration section, and the inflow water remains as it is. It will overflow and the excess residue will be washed away. Therefore, conventionally, cleaning was performed once every 30 to 40 minutes (about 3 minutes). However, with this method, unnecessary cleaning is repeated even when the concentration of the liquid to be treated is low, resulting in poor cleaning efficiency.

This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. By installing a water level gauge in the liquid pool of the rotating drum screen, the clogging state of the screen can be detected based on the liquid level, and the The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device that can perform efficient cleaning depending on the properties.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rotating drum screen 1 is tilted toward the discharge port 4 and is rotatably supported by a support roller 5 driven by a motor M. And this rotating drum screen 1
The inside is separated by the donut-shaped intermediate partition plate 2.
A passing zone (passing section) 7 which is partitioned into two zones and passes through the liquid to be treated (A) supplied from the supply device 6;
It is divided into a concentration zone (concentration section) 8 into which the concentrated liquid from the filtration zone 7 flows and is further concentrated. Further, a donut-shaped end partition plate 9 is provided at the inner periphery of the lower end of the concentration zone 8, which functions to retain a certain amount of the concentrate remaining inside and to maintain the concentration pressure.

It consists of cleaning means 11b which supplies the concentration zone. A skimming box 12 is provided on the pass zone 7 side of the intermediate partition plate to skim the liquid in the liquid reservoir 10 and transfer it to the concentration zone 8.

As shown in FIG. 1, the water level gauge 3 is provided in the vicinity of the intermediate partition plate 2 and on the overzone 7 side of the partition plate 2 to measure the liquid level accumulated in the liquid reservoir 10 on the overzone 7 side. Measure. If the water level exceeds a certain level as measured by the water level gauge 3, the cleaning means 1
1 to clean the rotating drum screen 1.
It is also good to combine this with drum screen rotation speed control.

Also, if you increase the rotation speed of the drum screen,
It is better to control the rotation speed according to the liquid level, as this will increase processing capacity. An example of control using a water level gauge is shown below. When the water level reaches L1 , increase the rotation speed of motor M. When the water level reaches L2 , drive the wash water pump P1 to clean the excess zone. When the water level reaches L0 , stop the wash water pump P1. , the wash water pump P2 , which returns the rotational speed of the motor M to the normal rotational speed, is periodically driven by a timer. Note that L 0 is the lowest water level, L 1 is the intermediate water level, and L 2 is the highest water level.

According to the above configuration, the liquid to be treated (A) such as sewage is supplied from the supply device 6 to the upper surface of the screen 1, is effectively passed through the filter zone 7, and the liquid (B) is discharged to the outside. On the other hand, the liquid concentrate accumulates in front of the intermediate partition plate 2, and when it reaches a certain level, it crosses the intermediate partition plate 2 and flows into the concentration zone 8, where it is further dehydrated. Here, in this invention, the level of the liquid reservoir 10 in front of the intermediate partition plate 2 is measured using the water level gauge 3,
Cleaning is performed when the temperature exceeds a certain level. Therefore,
Unlike in the past, the screen 1 is clogged and filtration cannot be carried out in the filtration zone 7, and the inflow water directly overflows the intermediate partition plate 2, and the residue in the concentration zone 8 is also flushed out, which is unnecessary. Do not repeat cleaning. At this time, since the concentrated liquid does not stand still, it is preferable to output the concentrated liquid only when it reaches a predetermined water level within a predetermined time (for example, 5 seconds).

As mentioned above, the concentrated liquid remaining in the concentration zone 7 accumulates in front of the intermediate partition plate 2, and the solids precipitate here. Therefore, if the solids are not sufficiently transferred to the concentration zone 8 and a large amount of this accumulates, There is a possibility that sufficient overprocessing cannot be performed. Therefore, in this embodiment, the air supply pipe 11 is guided to the concentrated liquid reservoir 10,
By aerating and fluidizing the concentrated liquid, the concentrated liquid could flow into the concentration zone 8 in a uniform state. Furthermore, since the concentrated liquid is flowing, the filtration surface can be washed and the overtreatment in the filtration zone 7 can be carried out effectively.

Here, as shown in FIG. 4 on the intermediate partition plate 2,
By forming the notch 2a, the flow into the concentration zone 8 can be made intermittently at a certain flow rate, so that the concentrated liquid can be transferred smoothly, and also has the effect of cleaning the concentration zone 8. The movement of slag is also promoted.

In addition, when measuring the liquid level using the water level gauge 2, it is preferable to stop the air supply at regular intervals. Further, mechanical stirring means may be provided instead of air supply.

As mentioned above, according to this plan, the water level gauge is placed in the concentrated liquid reservoir of the rotating drum screen, so
