Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain swiftly and reliably information such as a working process or a quality by grasping an operating state extending over the whole of a factory, by a method wherein a memory medium to which various data of an operation unit time at the time of operation of a molding machine have been recorded is applied to a work control computer. CONSTITUTION:A totalizing RAM 2b stores working state data of a molding machine 1 for a predetermined period of time and stores a starting time of a cycle at the time of automatic operation, a shot number, automatic/manual changeover time and a defective signal to be put out through a RAM 6c during the automatic operation in order by dividing them. The working state data obtained by operating the molding machine 1 for a fixed period of time (for example, a day) are all accumulated to the totalizing RAM 2b and the data can be written into a portable memory A by actuating a memory driving device 2c after a fixed period of time. The portable memory A is applied to a work control computer B along with a portable memory of other molding machine and operational processing is performed. The work control computer B performs operational processing of the data of the portable memory A to be recorded in a working state recording device 2 of a plurality of units of the molding machines 1 and a working state by the molding machine and that of the whole molding machine can be achieved.
