Abstract

PURPOSE:To utilize a telephone number and specific information registered at a prescribed terminal equipment by retrieving an information registration means and applying prescribed processing such as extraction and transfer in receiving an information extraction request by each telephone terminal set. CONSTITUTION:In obtaining a telephone number of a telephone set 2c by a telephone set 2a knowing a telephone number of a telephone set 2b and specific information of a telephone set 2c, a telephone number retrieval request being an information extraction request, a telephone number of the telephone set 2b and specific information relating to the telephone number of the telephone set 2c are entered from a key pad 6 by a prescribed operation. A control circuit 4 sends a telephone number retrieval request signal and specific information of the telephone set 2c through a data channel to the telephone set 2b. The circuit 4 of the telephone set 2b decodes the reception signal and checks whether a retrieval request of the telephone number from the telephone set 2a is recognized or not and when it is recognized, the memory 5 is retrieved and when the same specific information is registered, the telephone number of the specific information is sent to the telephone set 2a. The circuit 4 of the telephone set 2a displays the telephone number on a display device 7 after decoding. Thus, the telephone set 2c receives a call.
