CONSTITUTION:A vibrator for improving the ground in a rod compaction pile method consists of a rod 3 having a mechanical vibrator on its upper end and a drill bit 5 on its lower end and a leader to guide the penetrating direction of the rod 3. The bit 5 is made up by attaching a fitting block 9 to the lower end of the rod 3, attaching an anvil 10 to the lower end of the rod 3 in a vertically finely movably manner, and setting a vibrator 11 between the anvil 10 and a block 9. Since the vibration of both the vibrators can be harmonized, the penetrating speed can be increased and the noise can also be reduced.
