In this case, an AC magnetic field generator 5 is provided on the passage 4, and the magnetic powder in the paint is forcedly moved by the AC magnetic field. In addition, the agglomerate of the magnetic powder in the paint is broken and dispersed. The paint is then introduced into an applicator 6, and applied on a discoid substrate as a thin film. By this method, the paint can be stably applied, and the high-content paint can be most thinly applied on the discoid substrate without deteriorating its electromagnetic characteristic.
