Description
第1図は、考案にかかる主剤と硬化剤を正確な
比率で計量して封入した2液性樹脂の封入容器の
縦断面図である。第2図は、封入容器の円筒部で
あつて、中栓を円筒末端まで引き出した状態を示
した縦断面図である。第3図は、円筒部から取り
外した樹脂の流出口を有する蓋で、密閉する栓を
取り外した状態を示した縦断面図である。第4図
は、円筒内に収納されていた硬化剤容器を取り外
出した状態の縦断面図である。第5図は、硬化剤
容器の蓋dを取り外して、第2図にて示す主剤の
入つている円筒容器の上部に出口を下向けとして
乗せて、硬化剤を主剤に加えた状態を示す縦断面
図である。第6図は、第3図にて示した樹脂の流
出口を有する蓋fを円筒形容器eに取り付けての
ち、中栓hを上方に移動して、空気を容器中から
押し出し樹脂の流出口先端まで樹脂を充満させた
(注入器へ取り付ける状態を示した)樹脂の封入
容器の縦断面図である。第7図は、スプリング加
圧式の樹脂注入機に取り付けた樹脂封入容器の状
態を示す縦断面図である。
aは2液性樹脂の主剤である。bは2液性樹脂
の硬化剤である。cは硬化剤の容器である。dは
硬化剤容器の蓋である。eは2液性樹脂の主剤容
器の円筒部分である。fは樹脂の流出口を持つ円
筒容器の蓋である。gは円筒容器の蓋の密閉栓で
ある。hは水密性を保持しつつ移動することので
きる中栓である。iは円筒形容器の中栓を上方へ
押し上げたときの円筒容器空間である。jは樹脂
注入機の前方蓋である。kは樹脂注入機の後方蓋
である。lは注入機のスプリングを支えているス
ピンドルである。mはスプリングである。
