CONSTITUTION:The first and second temperature sensors 8 and 9 mounted in a garret and the third temperature sensor 10 mounted at an indoor side 2 are adjusted by a control box 3 to more than 25 deg.C, less than 37 deg.C and less than 20 deg.C, respectively, in their operating temperatures. As a temperature sensor 8 and a temperature sensor 9 are operated, hot air is discharged from a discharging duct 5 under operation of a discharging damper 28 and a fan 4 (29).
