Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance a feedwater temperature while keeping vacuum in a condenser by providing a piping for feeding water from a feed water pump in a steam turbine cycle to a condenser in a refrigerator cycle, and recovering heat release of a low boiling medium in the refrigerator cycle with the feedwater, which returns to a feed water pipe. CONSTITUTION:Feedwater in a steam turbine cycle is press-fed by a feed water pump 11 and introduced to a condenser 25 in a refrigerator cycle through a feed water pipe 12. In the condenser 25, heat released from fluorocarbon, which is at high temperature through pressurization in a compressor 22, is recovered by the feedwater so that a feedwater temperature can be enhanced. The feedwater whose temperature in the feed water pipe 12 is usually 30-32 deg.C or so is heated by a condenser 25 so as to be increased in 38-40 deg.C or so.
