``Conventional technology'' Conventionally, there are two methods for producing this type of tie-dyed fabric: a dyeing method in which the fabric is immersed in a dye solution, and a printing method in which a pattern is dyed by imprinting printing paste. It is classified into hand-drawn and printed textiles. Technical documents on methods for producing shading patterns that have been improved upon these methods include, for example, the variety of shading dyeing methods published in Japanese Patent Publication No. 42237-1983.
The gist of this invention is to arrange a fluid dye layer of a single color or several colors on a tiltable table, and to transfer (transfer) the pattern emerging from the dye layer onto cloth by tilting the table and appropriate adding means. The method for manufacturing Shibori-dyed fabrics disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-47514 involves the formation of scattered squeezed areas and pleats that connect these squeezed areas. First, soak in a light colored dye solution, spread it in a wet state, then dye the squeezed area with a dark colored dye solution by brush dyeing, spray dyeing, etc., and then immediately squeeze the dyed fabric. It is dried and has a pattern consisting of three colors. Furthermore, the continuous dyeing method for the suminagashi pattern disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-36036 involves letting the dyeing liquid flow down into the water in a dyeing tank to form a flowing surface, and continuously flowing down this flowing surface to the downstream side. There is a method in which the lower surface is diffused and developed in a turbulent flow pattern, a material to be dyed is brought into contact with this diffused and developed flowing down surface, and a suminagashi pattern is absorbed and dyed onto the material to be dyed.

``The problem that the invention aims to solve'' The various technical experiences mentioned above are certainly blurred patterns,
Similar multicolored patterns can be dyed, but this is a normal fabric dyeing technique, and it is impossible to use this technique for tie-dyed fabrics.
This is obvious because No. 42237 is a so-called transfer method, and Special Publication No. 59-36036 involves contact with a flowing surface with a turbulent flow pattern. Further, although Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-47514 discloses a method for dyeing a variety of squeeze-dyed fabrics, the scope of its use is generally limited, as the invention is only suitable for dyeing with a predetermined pattern.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' Therefore, the present invention provides a method and apparatus that can dye a light-colored finished dyed cloth with a shading pattern, as well as dye various patterns. The gist is that after dyeing the squeezed fabric by dipping it in a dye solution and making it into a dyed dyed fabric, the dyed tied fabric is spread on a net of a dyeing table equipped with a steam pipe, and the stretched fabric is dyed. Nijiyoro, dyed and squeezed fabric.
Using a dyeing tool such as a brush, the dye is dripped in various shapes such as dots or stripes, and then the top surface of the dyed cloth onto which the dye has been dripped is covered with a water-impermeable material such as vinyl, and then steam is removed. The dye is ejected for a required period of time, the dye is further fluidized through this steam, and spreads out while soaking into the finished dyed fabric.After the ejection of steam is stopped, the dye is left for a required period of time, and then the impermeable member is removed and the dye is finished dyed. Wash the squeezed fabric with water. The method of drying and removing the threads, and the equipment used in this method include a shallow box-shaped dyeing stand installed via supports;
A steam pipe piped to the dyeing stand, a drain provided at the bottom of the dyeing stand, a mesh body covering the open upper surface thereof, and a mesh body configured to hide the dyed and squeezed fabric placed on the mesh body. It consists of a water-impermeable member such as vinyl placed on the open top surface of the dyeing stand.

"Function" Next, the function of the present invention will be described. A large number of dyed squeezed fabrics 8 which have been background-dyed preferably with a light color dye in the dye tank 10 are placed on the mesh body 6 of the shallow box-shaped dyeing table 1. Spread them out in an orderly manner so that they do not overlap each other. The fluid dye 11 is variously dripped onto arbitrary locations on the spread dyed squeezed fabric 8 using a dyeing tool (not shown) such as a watering funnel or a brush. Then, after placing the water-impermeable member 7 such as vinyl on the open upper surface 1b of the dyeing table 1 so as to hide this, high-pressure steam is spouted from the steel pipe 3 piped to the dyeing table 1.
The dye 11 is directly sprayed onto the dyed dyed cloth 8. This steam jetting is stopped after a predetermined period of time, and this state is maintained thereafter. Next, the water-impermeable member 7 is removed, and the product is then washed in a water tank 12 in the usual manner, dried, threaded, and finished with an iron.

Next, the manufacturing method of the present invention using such an apparatus will be explained in detail below based on FIG.
Dip-dye the fabric to 0.0, preferably ground-dye it with a light dyeing liquid, and make the finished dyed fabric 8 (I in the same figure). The dyed squeezed fabrics 8 are placed one after another on the net 6 of the dyeing stand 1, and are spread out in an orderly manner so that they do not overlap each other (FIG. 2B). The fluid dye 11 is dripped onto any part of each of the spread dyed squeezed fabrics 8 using a dyeing tool (not shown) such as a watering can or a brush in accordance with the shading pattern. ). Then, after placing the water-impermeable member 7 such as vinyl on the open upper surface 1b of the dyeing table 1 so as to hide this, the numerous spout ports 4 of the steam pipe 3 piped to the dyeing table 1 are For example, if high-pressure steam is ejected and sprayed directly onto the dyed dyed fabric 8 to which the dye 11 has been applied, the dye 11 will be further fluidized using this vapor as a medium, and the capillary action of the fabric will cause this fluidization. The converted dye 11 gradually soaks into the dyed dyed cloth 8 as if it were dipped, and is spread out to dye various shading patterns, designs, etc., and at the same time, the color is fixed by high-pressure air distribution. After steaming the steam from the steam pipe 3 for a predetermined time, for example, about 5 to 10 minutes in the case of an acetate fabric, it is stopped, and then this state is maintained for about 10 to 20 minutes, for example, in the case of an acetate fabric. However, this time is appropriately set depending on conditions such as the type of fabric, the type of dye, and the steam pressure (see figure 2). Next, the water-impermeable member 7 is removed (FIG. 5, E), after which the product is washed in a water tank 12 (FIG. 6, F) as usual, dried, threaded, ironed, etc. to obtain a product. Incidentally, the dye 11 can be dripped in multiple layers, thereby making it possible to enjoy the changes in the design even more.

"Effects of the Invention" Since the present invention is a method as detailed above,
This makes it possible to create tie-dyed fabrics with a wide variety of shading patterns and a wide variety of colored patterns, which cannot be expected with normal dyeing methods. Moreover, the method is simple and the product can be obtained in a short time. Furthermore, the device is simplified, has fewer failures, is easy to handle, and maintenance and operation management of the device is extremely simple. It is also a device that can be used for a wide range of items, from long items to small items. In particular, the present invention utilizes the method of further fluidizing the dye through steam and the so-called capillary phenomenon, which is a characteristic of the fabric, so that the dye sufficiently penetrates into the dyed fabric and the color fastness is good. be. Furthermore, in the present invention, as the dropped dye penetrates,
When the colors are layered over and over again, an endless pattern of colors can be created. Furthermore, if the dyes are superimposed and dripped, it is possible to greatly enjoy the changes in color, and in combination with the shibori pattern dyeing, it is possible to enjoy various variations in dyeing and changes in patterns.
