Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the whole device body compact in <=1/2 in its volume and yet to obtain a transferable weight of about 10 times by connecting a distance measuring sensor to the input side of the comparison computing element to which a command focal distance signal is inputted and connecting the electromagnetic operation part of an electromagnetic direction control valve to the output side of the comparison computing element. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic direction control valve 9 is controlled so as to feed to a direct acting actuator 7 the pure water in the flow amt. DELTAQ proportionate to the speed command DELTAV sent from a comparison computing element 12. The speed command DELTAV and the movement amt. DELTAH in the optical axial direction of a condensing lens 5 are in a comparison relation and therefore the distance measuring signal Vi by the distance measuring sensor 10 is also in a proportional relation to DELTAV. At the time when the command focal distance input signal Vin inputted to a comparison computing element 12 in advance is equal to the distance measuring output signal Vi by the sensor 10, the flow amt. of an electromagnetic direction control valve 9 becomes zero, therefore, and a constant focal distance is kept constantly. And the operation speed and holding part transferable weight can be changed by the flow amt. of a variable throttle 14.
