Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled decision gene DNA used in simply and rapidly identifying whether a fish pathogenic bacterium which is unknown in species of bacterium is a bacterium for causing Vibrio disease and bacterial pseudotuberculosis or not. CONSTITUTION:Decision gene DNA of Vibrio anguillarum which is a bacterium for causing Vibrio disease having about 0.6Kbp molecular weight measured by Agarose gel electrophoretic method and capable of recognizing restriction site in the restriction enzyme Tag I, Rsa I and Hinf I and decision gene DNA of Pasteurella piscicida species which is bacterial pseudotuberculosis pathogenic bacterium having about 0.8Kbp molecular weight measured by Agarose gel electrophoretic method and capable of recognizing restriction site in restriction enzyme Hpa II, Tag I and Ras I. Single-stranded chain of DNA of specimen bacterium is hybridized with single-stranded chain probe of labeled decision gene DNA to identify the specimen bacterium.
