Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A gas pressure is constantly kept by fluid pressure control device with a remote controller to supply the gas to gas consumption areas A, B.... A binary digital valve 12, a gas pressure sensor 4 are provided at the down stream of the controller. The valve 12 is composed of an element valve to obtain two open and closed position stable states, and respective element valves 12A, 12B have respective valve main bodies 1A, 1B and actuators 2A, 2B. For respective gas passing cross sections, a ratio is 1:2:4:8. A secondary side gas pressure at the place of the gas pressure sensor 4 is set to a constant pressure with a gas pressure setter 6, and inputted to a microcomputer 5. A sensor output is also fetched through an amplifier 8 and an A/D converter 9 to the microcomputer 5, an arithmetic processing such as a PID control is executed and the opening signal of the valve 12 is outputted.
