Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an excellent non-blocking, heat-resistant and wear-resistant sheet for a pressure sensitive adhering print by adding highly wear-resistant and oil absorbent particulate to a pressure sensitive adhesive and forming the surface of an adhesive layer shaped with concaves and convexes. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive coating a print sheet is made by adding non-thermoplastic particulate with the oil-absorption of more than 75 ml/100g and the average diameter of less than 20 μto an adhesive comprising mainly synthetic rubber such as acrylic copolymer, NBR, SBR or the like. Used as particulate are silica gel with the particulate diameter of 1-20 μ and activated clay, etc. The pressure sensitive adhesive whose particulate diameter is less than 1 μ may be inferior in the heat resistance and blocking resistance. It is, therefore, recommended that the secondary crystallized silica gel with the particulate diameter of 1-20 μ be used as a pressure sensitive adhesive since the particulate with the diameter of more than 20 μ may damage printers. This sheet enables the smooth and accurate transfer of the slip to the printer when printing since there causes no blocking phenomena during the storage and transportation thereof, and is excellent in heat-resistance and wear- resistance.
