Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce rolling by setting the center position of a moving range of a moving part in a direction of gravity in a direction where an elastic member is deformed by the gravity. CONSTITUTION:The moving part is constituted with a support member 8, an objective lens 10 and coils 12, 14a, 14b, and the center position of the moving range in the direction of gravity of the moving part is set in the direction where wires 6a-6d (6c, 6d are not shown) are subjected to deformation based on the gravity. That is, as shown in figure (a), the wires 6a-6d are bent from the free state (z direction) in the neutral position and the moving part is moved vertically in an equal distance based on the state as the reference. Thus, the optical system driver with less rolling is obtained.
