Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently perform dehumidification at low temp. and even at a time of high humidity by providing an intermediate electrification state between an electrification stopping state and an electrification state and controlling a cooling element utilized with Peltier effect in a state of a plurality of stages in accordance with the temp. of the cooling side of the cooling element. CONSTITUTION:An electrification controlling circuit for controlling electrification rate of a cooling unit at three stages in accordance with the temp. of the cooling side of the cooling unit 1 is provided. For example, when the temp. of the cooling side of the cooling unit 1 is about 5 deg.C or higher 6A, current circuit 14 is connected with the cooling unit 1 by operation of an electrification controlling circuit and thereby the cooling unit is controlled so that the temp. of the cooling side is lowered.
