Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve performance of a device and to increase its suction amount of air by constituting a bell (mouth) of an air passage of inlet and outlet parts and a part, partitioned into a scroll and a duct, and forming this outlet part to be in an equal level to the partitioned part. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal fan 2 is arranged in a scroll 1. A blower device forms a bell (mouth) 4 in a suction port of the centrifugal fan 2. The bell 4 comprises an air passage, having an inlet part 4A of air and its outlet part 4B, and a part 4C partitioned into the scroll 1 and a duct 5. The blower device forms the partitioned part 4C to be in a level equal to that of the outlet part 4B for a flow of air. In this way, the blower device enables its suction amount of air to be easily increased by reducing a loss of air, generated by the centrifugal fan, and improving performance.
