PURPOSE:To form a frame, which supports a rotary shaft, is miniaturized and attains simplification of a structure by providing balance weights, for balancing vibration, respectively in a rotor of electrically driven element in its upper and bottom and the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:An electrically driven element 1 is constituted of a rotor 2 and a stator 3. The rotor 2 inserts a rotary shaft 4, driven rotating integrally with this rotor 2, penetrating, and this rotary shaft 4 is constituted of a main shaft part 5 and a crankshaft part 6. Balance weights 9-11, for balancing vibration, are provided respectively in the rotor 2 in its upper and bottom and the rotary shaft 4. In this way, the miniaturizing of a frame, supporting the rotary shaft 4, and the simplification of structure can be attained.
