Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide high machine efficiency and to perform a dynamic operation by providing a frame provided with a horizontal rotary shaft with a riding part provided with the rotary shaft on a position separated from the rotary shaft and a blade attached through a gear so as to be rotated oppositely to the riding part. CONSTITUTION: The riding part 2 is attached to the frame 1 along with a shock absorber 3 so as to position an arm at the center and further the blade 5 is attached through the gear 4. A balance weight 6 is attached on an opposite side so as to balance the weight. When a person who gets into the riding part holds the arm and moves it back and forth by physical power, inertia force by the weight of the person and the riding part and resistance by the movement of the blade are generated, the force is transmitted through the rotation center of the blade to the frame and a device starts swinging motion. By moving the riding part back and forth at both ends of a swing amplitude, acceleration by the inertia force and the resistance is generated to the frame, and since energy by the force is accumulated in the device, the amplitude is increased and the entire device can be rotated as well.
