Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively perform rubbing/kneading point massage even to a neck or the shoulder, by allowing the treatment element mounted to the leading end of a shaft through a treatment element shaft to perform rubbing/kneading operation with the rotation of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 14 is rotated by the rotation of a rubbing shaft 40 due to a rubbing drive block. The treatment element 10 performing rotation so as to be eccentric and inclined with respect to the shaft 14 with the rotation of the shaft 14 allows the contact point with a surface to be treated to draw a small circle to apply force to a human body toward the center direction thereof.
