Furthermore, this conventional apparatus has the disadvantage that after the film sensitivity is set automatically, it is not possible to manually change the film sensitivity for the purpose of correction independently of the film sensitivity that was set automatically. The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and includes a film having a film sensitivity signal section in which a conductive pattern is provided at a predetermined position of the film container depending on the sensitivity of the film stored in the film container. A film sensitivity setting device for a camera to be used includes a plurality of contact members for detecting the position of the conductive pattern of a film container loaded in the camera through electrical connection, and a plurality of contact members connected to the contact member members to detect the position of the conductive pattern on the film container loaded in the camera. a film sensitivity signal forming circuit that forms a film sensitivity signal according to the detection output of the contact piece member; and a warning means that issues a warning in conjunction with the fact that the position of the conductive pattern is not detected by the detection output of the contact piece member. a film sensitivity setting operating member for manually setting the film sensitivity; and forming an operating signal for changing the film sensitivity signal formed by the film sensitivity signal forming circuit in conjunction with the operation of the operating member. An operation switch transmits an operation signal from the operation switch to the film sensitivity signal forming circuit in the first state, and transmits the detection output of the contact member to the film sensitivity signal in the second state. A switch means for transmitting information to the formation circuit is provided, and the switch means is moved from the first state to the second state in conjunction with the opening/closing operation of the back cover, and the switch means is moved from the second state to the first state by operating the operating member. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a film sensitivity setting device that has undergone a transition to the following.

Since the present application is configured in this manner, the switch means (corresponding to the terminals 124A and 124B in the embodiment described later) is set to the second state (the conductor portion 130 in the embodiment described later) by opening and closing the back cover. 132) and a contact piece member (contact member 6, 8, 44 in the example described later) for detecting the pattern of the film container with respect to the film sensitivity signal forming circuit (resistor section 136 in the example described later). , 45, and 47), it is possible to automatically form a resistance value as a film sensitivity signal according to the pattern detected by the contact piece member. When no pattern is attached to the film container, the contact piece member does not detect the pattern, so a warning means (corresponding to the display section 140A in the embodiment described later) warns the photographer of this. Manual setting is instructed, and in conjunction with the operation of a film sensitivity setting operation member (corresponding to a dial 12' in an embodiment described later), an operation switch (corresponding to a contact portion 134 and a terminal 124c in an embodiment described later) is operated. ) to change the film sensitivity signal formed by the film sensitivity signal forming circuit (corresponding to a conduction signal by connecting the contact portion 134 and the terminal 124c in the embodiment described later). and the switch means is switched to the first position by operating the operating member.
state (terminals 124A, 124 in the embodiment described later)
B and the conductors 132 and 133), the contact piece member and the film sensitivity signal forming circuit are disconnected, and the operating switch and the film sensitivity signal forming circuit are connected instead, and the film sensitivity signal is formed. It is possible to shift the output of the circuit to a manually set value independently of the automatically set film sensitivity signal value.

The warning means may be a method in which a warning lamp is turned on when the pointer of the exposure meter comes to the warning display section 140A, so that the warning lamp can be visually recognized from the outside. That is, when a film container having a film sensitivity signal section (instructing ASA400) is loaded, the manual setting dial 12' is at the "SET" position, and unless the manual setting dial 12' is operated, the conductive terminal 45
A resistance value proportional to the length of the resistor between the connection point of the resistor body part 136 and the end part 136A is input and set to the exposure control circuit as a resistance value corresponding to the film sensitivity information of ASA400, but it is for manual setting. dial 1
If 2' is manually set to the scale of ASA800, for example, the terminals 124B, 126B of the brushes 124, 126 are disconnected from the conductor parts 130, 131, so the connection point between the conductive terminal and the resistor part 136 and the end part 136A are cut off.
A resistance value proportional to the length of the resistor between the contact point 134-8 and the end 136A of the resistor section 136, which is in contact with the terminal 124C of the brush 124, is not input and set.
A resistance value proportional to the length of the resistor between the two is input and set to the exposure control circuit.

Therefore, in this embodiment, when a film container is loaded, the manual setting dial is automatically returned to the "SET" position regardless of the presence or absence of the film sensitivity signal section, and the manual setting operation of film sensitivity information is automatically prepared. When loading a film container that does not have a film sensitivity signal section, a warning/safety device is automatically activated to prevent the user from forgetting to set the film sensitivity information. When a film container having the above-mentioned type is loaded, a resistance value corresponding to the film sensitivity information indicated by the film container is automatically input and set to the exposure control circuit, so that appropriate exposure control is effected. Furthermore, in this embodiment, when a film container having a film sensitivity signal section is loaded into the camera, it is possible to input and set the film sensitivity information using the manual setting means in preference to the automatic setting means, and correct the film sensitivity information. It has the effect that it can. Further, in this embodiment, since the resistor section 136 is used in common for the resistance as film sensitivity information for the manual setting means and the automatic setting means, it is possible to have the manual and automatic setting means together with a simple structure. or,
When a film container is not loaded into the camera, the exposure control circuit is opened to save power.
